Laying of one run of XLPE power cable of grade 11 KV of size 3 x 185 sq mm direct in ground including excavation of trench of size 0.5m (W) x 1.2m (D), sand cushioning, protective covering with RCC trough and refilling the trench etc. as required in Bituminous Road.

Labour for excavation of Bituminous road and removal of existing 2 numbers of 3 x 195 sq mm HT UG cable through Cast Iron pipe. Which is at a depth of 1.2 mts, and relaying the same with trench of size 0.5m (W) x 1.2 m (D) and refilling the trench etc. as required in the Bituminous Road.

Labour for excavation of Bituminous road and removal of existing 2 numbers of 3 x 95 sq mm HT UG cable from Cast Iron pipe which is at a depth of 1.2 mts, and relaying the same with trench of size 0.5m (W) x 1.2 m (D) and refilling the trench etc. as required in the Bituminous Road.

Labour for excavation of Bituminous road and removal of existing 2 numbers of 3 x 95 sq mm HT UG cable through Cast Iron pipe at road crossing which is at a depth of 1.2 mts, and refilling the trench etc. as required.

Labour for releasing of existing outdoor 11 KV SF6, 4 panel SCADA RMU with all associated work at old location of Distillary yard and re-erect the same at new location. Including construction of RCC plinth suitable to accommodate 4 panel SCADA RMU. The plinth top level should be at least one foot above from the drive way/ set back floor level.

supply and concreting of route marker/cable joint marker plates at the locations as directed by the Engineer in charge (i.e marker @ the rate of 50mts. and to locate cable joint) as specified in Tender specification.

Transporting of HT UG cable and other required materials to site and devolution of balance materials from site as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Removal of excess watage / debris from the site.

Preparation and supply of 5 copies of cable route layout drawing pasted using fevicol adhesive on cloth in the Scale of 1:5000 for each cable section and submission of test report, Contractor's completion certificate and commissioning of 11 KV cables as specified in the Tender specification.

Supply and erection of earthing arrangement for RMU at proposed Distillery end location
