Supplying and Fabricating and placing in position MS steel or ribbed for steel for all reinforced cement concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc, Complete complying with stanard specification.

Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 using 20mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works excluding cost of Rein forcement and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls , sides and bottom of the slabs, beams etc., shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3, 12mm thick. and with kraft paper without claiming extra as directed by the departmental officers complete complying with standard specifications.

Providing granolithic flooring with CC 1:2:4 mix 25 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Paving the floor with best approved quality fine polished shahabad stone slabs of size 600 x 600 of 18 / 20mm with machine cut edges and matching marble slab not less than 100mm width other than Adanga Marbles as border laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) fixing the slabs in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with mathcing colouring pigments and polishing with floor polisher to a high degree of finish etc., The kota stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard speicification

Paving the floor with pre-polished concrete anti-skid tiles (Required shape and design) of 20mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three crushed stone M.Sand) 20mm thick and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m., curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works) Using anti-skid tiles (Observed Data)

Dadooing with glazed tiles of size 300x200x6mm including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete.

Weathering course concrete using best quality broken brick jelly of size 20mm in pure slacked lime over the RCC roof slab in th proportion of brick jelly to lime being32:12.5 by the volume and laid over a single layer and consolidated to the required size.

Finishing the top of the roof with one course of Machine Pressed Tiles of size 23x23x2 cm of approved quality laid in CEMENT MORTAR 1:3(One cement and three sand) 12 mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS by 2% weight of cement used and the joint pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same water proofing compound mixed with cement mortar,red oxide, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Plastering with CM 1:3,10mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc.,complete

Fabrication and supply & Delivery of MILD STEEL DOORS of the following sizes with Single Leaf outer frame made of 35x35x5 mm equal M.S L angle and shutter frame made of 25 x25 x5mm equal M.S. L angle for horizontal and vertical members and the shutter frame strengthened by stiffeners of 2 Nos. Horizontal and 3 Nos. diagonal using MS flat of size 20x5mm fully covered with 18 gauge plain M.S full sheet welded with shutter frame neatly and also fixing by welding 6 Nos. of holdfasts made of 35x35x5 mm equal M.S L angle, 1 No. of wind appliance, 2 Nos. of tower bolts,1 No of aldrop, 2 Nos of handles, fixing the shutter with 6 Nos. of 6 inch hinges with outer frame of the door including painting the whole unit with one coat of best quality of red oxide primer etc., complete.
