Repair to potholes any depth, not exceeding 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc., cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal), rolled and compacted with power roller 8 to 10 tonnes to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed.
Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exceeding 400 sqm, depth of pot hole exceeding 50 mm but not exceeding 100 mm including removing and stacking not exceeding 50 metres and including rolling over the broken surfaces using 8 to 10 tonnes power roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed.
M & L for 7.5 cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of granite, trap or basalt of grading 2 (63 to 45 mm size) or of grading 3 (53 to 22.4 mm size), spread, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with three wheel-power roller of 80 to 100 kN capacity or an equivalent vibratory roller complete all as specified and as directed.
M & L except materials for 7.5 cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of granite, trap or basalt of grading 2 (63 to 45 mm size) or of grading 3 (53 to 22.4 mm size), spread, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with three wheel-power roller of 80 to 100 kN capacity or an equivalent vibratory roller complete all as specified and as directed.
Preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
M & L for applying primer on the surface of non-bituminous granular base course preparatory to the superimposition of bituminous treatment coat with cationic bitumen emulsion SS-1 grade at the rate of 10 kg per 10 Sqm of surface complete all as specified and as directed.
M & L for applying tack coat on existing bituminous, cement concrete or primed granular surface to ensure a bond between the surface being paved and the overlaying course with cationic bitumen emulsion RS-1 grade at the rate of 3 kg per 10 sqm of surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Note :- (i) Bituminous macadam shall be laid using self propelled hydrostatic paver finisher and preparation of mix shall be using hot mix plant and transporting the mix in tipper. (ii) The exact bitumen content required shall be determined as per IRC 27: 2009. The adjustment in rate due to variation in quantity of bitumen if any shall be priced at the rate of ₹44 per kg.
Preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for semi dense bituminous concrete 30 mm (compacted thickness) using graded crushed stone aggregate premixed with binder (paving grade bitumen VG-30 grade) @ 5% by weight of total mix & hydraulic lime filler, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Semi dense bituminous concrete shall be laid using self propelled hydrostatic paver finisher and preparation of mix shall be using hot mix plant and transporting the mix in tipper. (ii) The exact bitumen content required shall be determined following the Marshall Mix Design procedure contained in the Asphalt Institute Manual MS-2 (Sixth Edition) as referred in case 3.5.3 of IRC 111: 2009. The adjustment in rate due to variation in quantity of bitumen if any shall be priced at the rate of ₹44 per kg.
Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position, above or below ground floors, not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.
M & L for formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pilasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.
M & L for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete in M7.5(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.
M & L for cement concrete in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases) in M15(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.
M & L for cement concrete M7.5 (Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate 100 mm thick in sub base for laying tiles, pavings, floorings etc. all as specified and as directed.
M & L for cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate as in floor 150 mm thick laid in alternate panel, finished even and fair including necessary formworks including filling in joints with 85/25 industrial grade bitumen mix filler of proportion 80 kg of hot bitumen, 1 kg of cement and 0.25 cubic metre of coarse sand complete all as specified and as directed.
Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of any size, top bullnosed shape, made of M-25 (Design Mix) grade cement concrete, in position to the required line, level and curvature jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and as directed.
Surface dressing not exceeding 15 cm deep in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.
M & L for 100 mm spread thickness, moorum in granular sub base or light wearing surfaces, spread, rolled and compacted using vibratory roller of 80 to 100 kN static weight with plain or pad foot drum to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed.
Removing the rubbish materials obtained from demolition of concrete outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.
