Servicing of 62.5 KVA DG Set of M&M make by way flushing out contaminated engine oil from the DG Set Inspection/checking of engine by way of dismantling of engine head the job shall further Includes complete servicing of engine by way of removing rust from the cylinder bore, dirt, sludge etc from engine chamber the job also includes cleaning of crankshaft casing and HSD tank the job also includes reassembling the cylinder head and then testing the same on no load and full load for satisfactory performance The Job shall include cost on account of HSD required for testing of DG Set

Providing and filling of engine oil SAE15W40 C14 as per manufacturer recommendation the job includes lube oil filter 01 no, fuel filter 2 no’s and fuel strainer as per manufacturer recommendation after extracting the existing one. The job also includes change of piston sleeves 04 nos, ring set 04 nos, head gasket set

Machining job by way of:-honing /finishing and tapping of new cylinder head on cylinder block

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of ABB meter M1M10 VAF meter with aux supply 80-300V AC/DC LED Display Multi meter.
