Fixing only 6mm thick asbestos cement corrugated or semi corrugated sheets in roofs, walls, etc.,fixed with 'L' type or 'J' type or crancked hook bolts etc as applicable but except sheets all as directed. Note : AC Sheets obtained from dismantling shall be re-used.

Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering

S&F for 0.63 mm thick galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap,fixed with coach screws and washers, in roofs, walls netc. with grade of zinc coating 275 fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts etc.

S&F 0.63mm thick plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275.

Preparation of old Asbestos cement sheet surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying a coat of primer paint plaster.

Preparing new zinc (or galvanised) surfaces to receive painting by coating with mordant solution including washing and cleaning etc.

Preparing new steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, bedded all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick machine cut kota stone slab flooring over and including 20 mm thick (1:4) cement screed bed laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete

Excavating in post holes in hard/dense soil n.exc. 0.5 cum and getting out returning, filling in and ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc. 50 mtr and making good the surface.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type, C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling & mass concrete for foundation of post holes.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for rolled mild steel in tubular trusses and tubular posts of any shape and size including special shaped washers etc., complete using induction butt welded tubes confirming to IS 1161- 1979 graded St 240

Preparing of new steel or iron surfaces of eaves gutter and pipes any description n.exc 60 cm girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer.

Dismantling of timber scantlings 40sqcm and over in section in any position.

M&L for 2nd class hard wood timber scantling clean, sawn, fixed for framed work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in slab supporting on wall, in shelves and the like including necessary form work.

M&L MS TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cutting, cranking, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia.

M&L for 20mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite.

Excavation in trenches not. exc 1.5 mtr wide and not. exc 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation of drain, mahole and not. exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not. exc 25 cm deep as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

Removing excavated materials not. exc 50m in distance and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point as in soft/loose soil complete as specified.

Taking down chowkhats or frame with shutters exc 1.50 Sqm but n.exc 4 sqm each (without taking of shutter form the frames) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Factory made wood grain printed Solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm single side with rebated prelam PVC sheet and edges will be painted to match with prelam sheet reinforced with mild steel square tube, supplying & fixing in opening as per drawing.

Taking down shutter of any description exc 1 sqm and n.exc 2 sqm each and removing to store from site complete all as specified and directred.

S&F for factory Made wood grain printed solid PVC Moulded door Shutter with particle board core, 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for tope & bottom rails, M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside the solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail& bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail; panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and jointed together with solvent cement, supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing.

Sand cushioning to UG cables (8 cm deep before laying of cable and 15 cm deep over the cable) in trenches including punning thickness up to 18 cm and consolidation complete all as directed. Note :- Punned thickness only shall be mearured for payment.

Supply & laying common burnt, clay building bricks, sub class 'B' designation over the sand cushioning in cable trenched for protection of cables (LT) al as specified and as directed
