Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement shall be cut as required to facilitate demolition) not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) all as specified and directed

Material and labour for RCC (nominal mix) as in lintel in 1:1:5:3 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels over 1.5m span all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for precast RCC type B1, 1:1:5:3 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate set in CM 1:6 as in drain cover slab, shelves etc where RCC/PCC band in walls, spanning and opening finished rough as in flat surface complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs not exceeding 200 mm thick and sides of RCC/ PCC bands in walls, (horizontal or sloping) and similar work all exceeding 20cm wide all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement /cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with fly ash old size bricks in straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls, etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in two layers on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 and thereafter 5 mm thcik in CM 1:4 as in second layer incl. mixing water proofing compound @ 3 % by the weight of cement and finished fair and even all as specified and as directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately

Material and labour for preparation of newly Plastered surface & applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of chalk whitening all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing new plastered surface of walls and applying three coat of white wash on walls all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral waterproofing compound.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutter from the frame) area not exceeding 1.5 sqm each all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 13 above but exc 1.5 sqm & n.exc 4 sqm.

Supply and fix 35 mm thick second class hard wood factory made glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to recive glass gauze, etc (with sash bar) divided in to squares edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.windows, ventilators are provided with style eand rails as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a) all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 75 mm long mild steel barrel tower bolts, stove enamelled black, with bright bolt all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix butt hinge, medium weight, cold rolled mild steel 75mm long with necessary bolts all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 100mm long mild steel pressed handle oval type stove enamelled black all as specified .

Supply and fix 4 mm thcik figured glass pin head type and glazing with oil putty in square exc 0.5 sqm in each pane all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly wooden surfaces exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enemelled paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness below or above ground level complete all as directed.

Material & labour for 150 mm thick plain cement concrete of type B-2, 1:2:4 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) surfaces finished even and smooth with using extra cement all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 mix type C-2 as in plinth protection and surface to be finished fair and even with using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for plain cement concrete Type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) cast in situ in copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in item , water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating, including formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for forming construction joint 30 mm deep x 10 mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade 'A' complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for forming contractionn (dummy) joint of 65 mm deep and 10 mm wide filled with sealing compound grade 'A' complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting holes in brick /stone walls built in cement mortar for inserting /removing holdfasts and making good dismanteled portion in cement morter 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 as required depth of embedded portion of hold fasts or lugs measured from the face of jamb into the wall, exceeding half brick but not exceeding one brick thick complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends binding with mild steel annealed wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing clips, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 28 above but 5 mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia as in stirups.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided forcomplete all as specified and directed.

Taking down roof trusses, coupled rafters or trusted beams nexc 15 m in span complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling unframed timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix rolled mild steel angles, sheets, gusset/ base plates and wind tie, struts as in framed work as in doors frame including hold fast and FI all cutting, welding nut & bolt finishing etc conforming to grade Fe-410-W, grade-E-250 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and the screwed the other to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 22.5 cm but n. exc 450 cm long, dia of shank 16 to 20 mm all as specified and directed

Material and labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer over steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces all as specified.

All as per item No 36 above but preparation of newly steel surface.

Dismantling of Asbestos cement / GI corrugated or semi corrugated sheets as in roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix coloured galvalume sheet SMP coated, TCT of sheet not less than 0.5 mm, multitrib TM profile, minimum 550 Mpa yield strength having maximum pitch of 250 mm c/c and minimum 28 mm crest depth as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws 5 Nos per sheet per support including providing crimp at eaves level shape of crimp complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix coloured plain galvalume sheet with total coated thickness (TCT) of sheet not less than 0.55mm multirb TM profile, minimum 550 Mpa yield strength as in ridge of roof covering with self tapping screws as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for high proformence industrial circulator/ ventilator wind driven turbine dia of bottom ring 600 mm Top plate and bottom ring made of stainless steel with FRP base to match roofing sheet with polyster rasin powder coated top of the ventilator turbine made of aluminium with integrated and reinforced main bearing housing the shaft of stainless steel and varplitch from aluminium rotation bearing made of twin ZZ ball bearing encased in single integrated bbearing and housing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour injecting post constructional antitermite treatment along the external wall below concrete or masonary apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc. in apron/plinth protection all as specified and directed.

Material and labour injecting post constructional antitermite treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300 mm apart including drilling and plugging 12 mm dia holes with CM 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for voids in masonry using chemical emulsion one litre per hole, at 300mm intervals including drilling holes at 45 degree and replugging them with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors complete all as specified and diected.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/ slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets all as directed.

Dismanting timber scantings as in fillets, rails posts, rafters, purlins etc under 40 sq cm in section unframeed work all as directed.

E/M PORTION

Material and labour for providing earthing including taking down old earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) surrounded with alternate layer of charcoal and salt as directed with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth iron strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion including earthing pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-0 & 40mm thick precast RCC cover in 1:2:4 type B1 reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 75mm c/c both ways with 02 Nos lifting handles of 12mm dia MS plain bar, GI pipe 20mm dia medium grade with funnels & wire mesh for watering and 40mm dia light grade GI pipe for earth lead protection etc including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) GI strip 32 x 6mm and 40 mm dia protection pipe upto 7.5 m is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) Rates for excavation, earthwork in any type of soil/ starta is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (iIi) On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is not achieved, earthing shall be re-done at no extra cost to Government.

All as per item No 46 above but using copper plate 60 Cm x 60cm ×3.15 mm thick electrode and 20×3 mm copper strip as earthing lead

Supply and fix single pointed air termination aluminium rod, 12mm dia, 300mm long all as speciied and directed

Material and labour for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on porcelain insulators or recessed or chases or burried in ground or drawn in conduit / pipe or fixed to poles or any other indidcated situation for loop earthing etc connected upto test terminal point etc complete including fixing with saddles and screws for fixing porcealain/ epoxy insulator/ conduit/ pipe all as specified and directed for the following type of conductors : Note : Conduit/ pipe shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items here in after : -

Aluminium strip of size 25 x 4 mm

Galvanised iron strip of size 32x6 mm.

Material and labour in replacement for test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hexagonal head screw and connected to Copper/ Aluminium/ GI strips complete housed in a PVC junction box all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix ready made type PVC junction box IP 65 of size 200 mm x 160 mm x 98 mm having shutter and lifting knob with provision of earthing strip entry glands complete all as specified and fixed the box on walls / poles with suitable size of nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed. Make: Hensel cat part No. K9250 or equivalent in Sintex

Supply and lay 40 mm dia PVC pipe in trench/ fixed to walls heavy grade for protection of earth strip complete fixing with suitable clamps at 0.5 m span all as specifed and directed. Note: Rates for flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washers is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply and laying, fixing tube galvanised, light grade of 40 mm bore with all fittings laid in trenches/ fixed as AT rod stand post including, fixing arrangements all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for fixing of Copper strip 20 x 3 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- The amount of schedule of credit on page No.31 shall be deducted from the amount quoted against sch 'A' while deriving at the contract sum for accptance.
