Dismantling Asbestos cement (corrugated, semi-corrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 0.50mm thick, pre- painted corrugated/ ‘Z’ profile galvalume roofing sheets as in roofing (in any location and any type) having high strength steel with minimum 550 Mpa strength hot dip coated with aluminium zinc alloy (55% aluminium and 45% zinc) pre-painted with primer coat of 5 micron and coated with silicon modified polyester coating of 20 micron and alkalyed coating of 10micron on reverse side. End rib, side over lap and overlap of sheets shall be designed for anti-capillary activities to avoid any seepage of water through lateral overlap as per manufacturer’s instructions, including fixing with self-drilling and self-tapping screws 0.5mm dia full threaded, all Kautex coated and fitted with EPDM washers in stainless steel. The screws shall be coated with anti-corrosive substance to ensure longer life and shall be fixed using drill guns for lead proof installation. Screws shall be of “HILTI” make Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix rolled mild steel Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250 quality A) in joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently as in rafter and purlins without connecting plates, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Preparation of New steel surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc. not exceeding 10 kg each brackets, conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 (Brackets over 10 kg each to be measured under 'Structural Steel') complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix PVC (SWR) pipes 150mm in semicircular shape for rain water pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition existing water proofing treatment any type from top surface of roof slab and remove the material obtained to low lying area complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for water proofing treatment using 4mm thick APP modified membrane consisting five layer membrane with features as specified, weighing not less than 4kg per Sqm laid over a coat of cold applied bituminous primer @ 0.4 litres per sqm on surface to provide a layer of APP membrane by torching applications including sealing the over lap while torching with 150mm on ;length side and 100mm wide side as per manufacturer instructions including joints and change in direction be curved with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with SBR latex @ 200 ml/ bag of cement cured well before laying of membrane and provide a finishing coat with solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.1 kg per Sqm as complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 on fair faces of brick or concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement and using WPC @ 3% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Water proofing compound will be measure and paid separately.

Supply only integral waterproofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling water tanks and removing to store capacity exceeding 500 Ltr not exceeding 1000 Ltr complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix 500 Ltr capacity Rotational moulded polythene water storage tanks(cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down or up steel tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to store 15mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 14 above but for 20mm bore.

Supplying and laying of 20mm CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surface including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing out with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for rendering 15 mm thick on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brickwork or on one side of lathing in CM 1:4 without using extra cement with using 3% water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Water proofing compound will be measure and paid separately.

Material and Labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/ltr and UV resistance as per IS 15489-2004, Alkali and fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company depot tinted) with silicon additives @1.43 litre/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 Sqm over two coat of damp proof white new surface complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of ceiling boards any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix false ceiling work of aluminium anodised snap grid frame work, size of grid 605 X 605mm including 6mm thick Everest designer boards or equivalent (surface finished with one coat of Apex) fixed in Aluminium frame work with screws, including hangers 6mm dia, G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 X 3mm size 60mm long as in ceilings complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing 10mm thick plaster of paris ceiling (Gypsum anhydrous) to flat surface over 2nd class soft wood fillets, or metal frame work and reinforced with G.I. wire mesh (Fillets, metal frame work and G.I. wire mesh paid separately)Extra over for any sunk or raised moulding Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I.flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long with Stainless steel wire cloth.0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in below or above ground floor and paving exceeding 15 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:3:6 (type C-2), 75mm thick as in plinth protection, Surface finished fair and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Cement concrete 1:3:6 (type C-2) using 40mm graded stone aggregate 75mm thick as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for cement concrete 1:2:4 (type B1) using 20mm graded stone aggregate 25 mm thick as in flooring etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for coloured Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for glazed ceramic coloured designer pattern tiles 450mmx 300mmx7mm thick on vertical surface such as skirt, Dado etc set and jointed in white colour cement including 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick light shade (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.
