2 Scope of Work The repair includes, but not be limited to, the following: • Replacement of damaged/worn-out Main LT Starting cum Automation Panel for the system of main input supply, main electric pump, jockey pump and Diesel-engine pump set along with supply and laying of 2 core Copper armored cable- 30 m. • Dismantling of motors 2 nos. of main electric pump & jockey pump, shifting them to ground surface and then shifting it to workshop for repair work by use of labour and mechanical transport. The job further include repair to main pump motor (20 HP) by way of rewinding of same, varnishing it and thereafter drying it. Assembling of the motor, testing the motor on no load at the workshop and thereafter on no-load and full load at the site after due alignment and installation. The job also involves shifting of motor (10 HP) of jockey pump to workshop, drying it in the oven, varnishing it andagain drying it, assembling of motor, testing the motor on no load at the workshop and thereafter on no-load and full load at the site after due alignment and re-installation. • Repairing of main pump set and jockey pump set by way of dismantling of the pump sets from their position, shifting them to the workshop by use of labour and mechanical transport. The job further involves remetalling of shaft by way welding, machining and grinding to original configuration, replacement of gland dori, worn-out sleeves along with minor repair to the impellers of the pump sets. Testing and commissioning of the same on no-load and full load at the site after due alignment and re-installation. • Servicing of Diesel Engine set, repairing of self of engine, replacement of old m-oil, coolant as per sample and as per capacity of the engine, replacement of filters and battery of 180 AHin order to bring it in working condition completely. • Replacement of worn-out/damaged pressure switch – 2 nos. • Complete checking of pump room’s machinery for leakages and plugging of the same with suitable method, replacement of washers at the joints, replacement of worn-out/damagednut-bolts as per sample, welding of the pipes wherever necessary. Complete job involves all kind of material costs, labour hiring costs, transportation charges, testing and commissioning charges and all kind of other charges involve for total functioning of the system and all other taxes involves in the job. 1 job Excess(+) Full Conversion INR
