Erection of Metallic pole of following length in cement concrete 1:3:6( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation and refilling etc as required. Above 11 mtrs. And upto 13 mtrs.

Supply and erection of galvanized stay set for 11 KV overhead lines complete with 19/20 mm dia x 1.8 mtr long stay rod ,anchor plate of size 45 cm x 45cm x7.5mm thick, thimble ,stay clamps , turn buckle(20mm x 600mm), 7/4.00mm dia G.I. stay wire and 11KV strain insulator etc in cement concrete 1:3:6(1 cement:3 coarse sand : 6 grade stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Erection of stay set complete (galvanised) in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement:3 coarsecement : 6 grade stone agregate 40mm nominal size) foundations including excavation and refilling as required.

Erection of pole top/straight two wire v shape two wire angle iron/channel iron cross arm on steel tubular/rail/P.C.C for 11/22/33 KV etc. as required.

Erection of Disc/pin nsulator for 11kv O/H lines as required.

Erection of ACSR conductor of 7/3.35mm to 7/4.00mm Dia and above including binding etc.

Erection of G.I wire 8 SWG including binding etc as required.

Supply of 8 SWG G.I wire.

Supply of clamps with M.S. nut,bolts and washers as required.

Erection of double pole 03 wire cross arm for 11/22/33 KV O/H line etc. as required.

Supply of two lengths of channel iron 75mm x 40mm x6mm(7.4kg/mtr.) double pole cross arm for three wire 11KV OH line conductors complete with through bolts & nuts for clamping to the poles, 50mmx 6mm M.S flats welded on one side to the channel iron and with bolts & nuts on other side for tying bthe cross arms together , including drilling holes for insulator pins/fittings, bolts,nuts & washers and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Supply & Erection of three piece non linear resistor type lightining resistor suitable for 3 wire,11 KV O/H lines with rated voltage 9 KV (rms) with a nominal discharge current rating 5KA and complete with galvanised clamping arrngement, G.I bolts,nuts,washers etc. as reqd .

Supply of channel iron 75mm x 40mm x 6mm (7.14 kg/mtr) cross arm for three wire 11 KV OH line conductors complete with 50mm x 50mm x 6mm M.S flat iron clamps,bolts& nuts , including drilling holes for insulator pins/fittings, bolts,nuts & washers and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 2.5 Mtr long, 40mm dia., including accessories and providing masonary enclosure with cover palte having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal /cock and salt etc., as required.

Erection of Cradle Guard as required.

Erection ,commissioning and testing of 11KV GOAB switch on double pole mounted structure. etc as required.

Dismantling of pole/ street light standard/ strut embedded in cement concrete foundation etc. as required.

Dismantling of over head lines comprising of copper/ alluminium over head conductor, G.I. wire, cross arms, insulators etc. as required.

Trimming of trees and jumper checking of 3.3 KV power feeders for one day (2skilled+ 4 unskilled)

Dismantling of stay embedded in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stoneaggregate 40mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Painting of pole 01 mtr length with one coat of redoxide as primer and one coat of synthetic enamel paint of red / yellow/black/blue having approved brand & manufacture for colour demarcation of poles and numbering of poles by synthetic enamel paint.

Supplying of 11KV polymer type pin insulator with stud

Supplying of 11KV polymer type disc insulator for 11KV over head lines with hardware

Supplying of MS nuts and bolt

Painting of H.T. pole and brackets with Aluminium paint etc as required.

Total impact of GST plus Labour Cess [@ 1 % (BOCW Cess to be deducted from the RA bill as per the value of the work progress)] for the purpose of CTC
