Repair to plaster to thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area. 2.5 sq meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape,raking out joints and preparing and plastringi the surface of the walls complete iincluding disposal of rubbish to the dumping groound all complete as per direction of engineer in charge With cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement: 4 coarse sand)

Providing and applying while cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

One or more coats on old work

Providing and laying ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300 x 300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours, shades, except white, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sq.m including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

30 mm thick fiberglass reinforced plastic (F.R.P) flush door shutter in different plain and wood finish made with fire retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminate all around, with suitable wooden blocks inside at required places for fixing of fittings and polyurethane foam (PUF)/polystyrene foam to be used as filler material throughout the hollow panel, casted monolithically with testing parameters of F.R.P laminate conforming to table-3 of IS: 14856, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge
