P/L in position cement concrete of Grade 1:4:8 including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level (1 Cement :4 F.A.(Natural/M-Sand) :8 C.A. ) with 40mm aggregate

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: Foundations, footings, bases for columns

P/L in position cement concrete of M10 Grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level (1 Cement :3 F.A.(Natural/M-Sand) :6 C.A. ) with 20mm aggregate

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15°, landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto five level including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level Mild steel and medium tensile steel bars

Providing and Laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specified sizes (63-45mm)to WBM specifications,Screening of proprer size in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled road / vibratory roller 8-10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber including carriage 37 Km.(Wuyan Athwajan).All job complete as per directions of EIC
