Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five sand) using country bricks ground moulded of size 23 x 11 x 7 cm. For the following including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification. For super structure in Ground floor.

Plastering with cement mortor 1:5 mix 12mm thick including cost of conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges etc. complete.

Emulsion Painting the two coats with one coat of primer including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges etc., complete.
