Taking down carefully Copper/aluminium point wiring on wooden batten /pvc conduit /Pvc casing and capping (light/Socket/Power) complete including (Fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets electric energy meters, light fittings, etc to be measured separately) removing materials to store and making good distrubed surfaces of walls. Floors etc to match with the existing including disconnection of ceiling/exhaust fan connection, complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in charge.

Taking out existing sub main wiring of any description and size including earth wire incld wooden battens/ conduits/quities from stone/brick masonry walls, roofs, floors, etc. all as directed by Engr-In- Charge.

M& L Point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper condutor single core cable 1100 volts grade FRLSH ISI marked drawn through and including heavy duty non metalic PVC conduit, ISI marked of not less than 20 mm dia, thickness 1.8 mm, concealed in wall, roof, etc, with all connected fittings including pressed steel terminal boxes, etc. suitable for mounting modular switches, sockets etc and including FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded single core copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sq mm green in colour as in earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly and all metal parts of fittings as specified and directed for the following:- Note:- Switches , sockets, ceiling rose, regulators etc shall be measured and paid separately. Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cost of cutting chases in wall for incorporting conduit and cost for making good to existing wall with CM 1:4 not exceeding 10 cm grith & painting same so as to match the existing wall.Make : Havells/polycab/Grandlay

(e) One 6 pin 5/15 Amps socket outlet independent with 2.5 Sqmm size copper conductor cable and 1.5 sqmm copper cables as earth wire.

M&L Sub main wiring with 2 runs of single core FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable of size 2x4 sqmm (line conductor) & 1x2.5 sq mm (earth conductor), 1100 V grade drawing in & including heavy duty non metalic PVC conduit, ISI marked, incl accessories not less than 25 mm in dia & concealed in wall, roof etc including PVC insulated, FRLSH unsheathed single core multistranded copper conductor cable, green in colour as in earth conductor including cutting charges for concealed conduit wiring etc and making good cutting not exceeding 10 cm grith complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Two runs of copper conductor cable and one run of copper earth wire including PVC conduit will be measured and paid as one unit only. (ii). Suitable size cable lugs copper fabricated will be measured in the quoted rate only. (iii). Cost of cutting chases in wall for flush fitting of DB and making good to wall with CM 1:4 and painting the same in order to match the same with the existing wall all to the satisfaction of Engr-In- Charge is deemed to be included in the quote rate.

All as per above but in PVC conduit with single core FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable of size 2x1.5sqmm and 1 x 1.5 sqmm.

M&L in replacement bell Ding Dong AC, 230 V single pole all as specified.

M& L Earthing complete by using GI wire as earthing lead and MS galvanized earth plate of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.3 mm as earth electrode surrounded by charcoal and salt, buried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less than 2.25 meter below the ground with top edge of the earth plate at a depth of less than 1.5 mtr below ground level surounded from all sides with mixture of charcoal dust and common salt in alternate layers and electrode connected to galvanized iron wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, checknuts and washers of galvanised iron connected iron connected to main switch board or main control board all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR 1991.
