Preparing and submitting the design and Structural Drawing for the following type design of construction of Commercial Complex (Basement + G.F + 7 Floors) at Phase VII, Hosur. The rates including the structural design calculation, structural drawings for foundation, column, footing, plinth beam, grade beam, lintel, roof slab, lift pit, m/c room, staircase etc. (ie. all structural elements for sub-structure and super-structure). All drawings seven sets, soft copy of all drawings and design report, stability certificate etc. Any aiterations to be instructed by the higher officials while inspecting the site, the revised design should be given based on that periodical inspection to the site as directed by the departmental officers, etc. all complete.
