PROVISION OF EPOXY COMPOUND FLOORING AT COAST GUARD STORE DEPOT TONDIARPET CHENNAI UNDER GE (I) CG CHENNAI

Material and labour for 5mm Thick Epoxy Flooring, Supply and application of moisture insensitive solvent free epoxy primer 100 microns, application of 3mm epoxy mortar underlay, putty application and laying of 2mm self smoothing epoxy topping to achieve smooth glossy finish as per manufacturer instructions. 1. Surface preparation: Clean the surface using grinders/ scarifies is recommended to prepare the surface and ensure the surface is free from dust, flakes, oil, grease or other loose foreign particles prior to application of primer. 2.Gracks & Construction Joint Treatment: Cracks Should be cut open with hand grinding machine and apply primer and fill the grooved area with epoxy flooring compound 3. Priming 100 microns : Apply a primer coat ShaliPrime 2E or equivalent of other specified makes @200 gm/Sqm with the help of brush/roller and allow it to dry for 12 hrs

4. Epoxy Screed (Self levelling underlay) : Apply 3-Component Epoxy Self-Leveling Underlay Screed of ShaliFloor® SL UL 3 ES of M/s STP Ltd or equivalent of other specified makes with notched trowel over the primed surface to achieve the desired thickness of 3mm and allow it to dry for 24 hrs. 5. Top coat : Apply four-component self-levelling pigmented epoxy resin-based floor top coat ShaliFloor® SL TC 4E of M/s STP Ltd or equivalent of other specified make with trowel over the epoxy screed at a thickness of 2mm as per manufacturer's specification of approved colour complete as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying 150mm width Gangway yellow line marking in Factory Floors, Fixing of masking tapes on both sides of the line and cleaning the surface using solvents, Mixing the two component high build coating in two Coats and removing the masking tape followed by neat finish complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for applying 100mm width Gangway yellow/ Red Line marking in Factory Floors, Fixing of masking tapes on both sides of the line and cleaning the surface using solvents, Mixing the two component high build coating in two Coats and removing the masking tape followed by neat finish complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for applying 50mm to 75mm width Gangway yellow/ black line marking in Factory Floors, Fixing of masking tapes on bott sides of the line and cleaning the surface using solvents Mixing the two component high build coating In two Coats and removing the masking tape followed by neat finish complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for providing and applying two coats of heavy-duty, two-component, solvent-free, chemical-resistant epoxy coating to execute sharp-edged letters, numerals, symbols, directional arrows, identification markings and standard signage in single or multiple approved colours on prepared concrete or epoxy flooring surfaces including surface preparation by cleaning, grinding and removal of dust, oil, grease and all loose particles; marking out to the required size, shape and alignment using approved stencils/templates; application of epoxy primer wherever recommended by the manufacturer and completion with all materials, labour, tools, plants, masking, protection, curing and incidental works, producing a durable, abrasion-resistant, chemical-resistant and clearly visible finish, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and laying 400 micron thick HDPE (Virgin Quality) waterproof membrane/sheet, wrinkle-free and free from punctures, having a minimum weight of 390 g/sqm, laid over prepared surface with approved adhesive/tack coat and protective cushion layer wherever specified in the design, including side and end overlaps of not less than 300 mm between adjacent sheets, complete with sealing of joints as per the manufacturer's specifications, including all materials, labour, tools, tackles and incidental works, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for providing, batching, mixing, transporting, laying, spreading, compacting and finishing Pavement Quality Concrete (PQC) pavement having minimum 28 days flexural strength of 4.5 MPa (45 kg/sqcm), designed and produced with minimum 360 kg Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC) per cubic metre of concrete, using well graded coarse and fine aggregates conforming to Table 3 of IRC:15-2017, clean, hard, durable, dense and non-porous crushed stone/crushed gravel and natural sand/crushed stone sand or combination thereof, potable water and approved admixtures, reinforced with virgin synthetic non-circular micro fibres of 12 mm to 18 mm length having specific gravity 1.34 to 1.39, equivalent diameter 15 to 40 microns, UV stable, alkali resistant, minimum melting temperature 240°C and minimum tensile strength 300 MPa, dosed at the manufacturer's recommended rate, complete with weigh batching, machine mixing, transportation by transit mixer or approved means, placing, compacting with slip-form paver of minimum 7.50 m paving width, internal vibration, screeding, levelling, edge finishing, providing required longitudinal and transverse joints, dowel bars, tie bars and joint fillers wherever specified, surface texturing by transverse tinning, curing by automatic texturing-cum-curing machine with approved curing compound, protection of finished pavement, testing of materials and concrete, quality control, and all materials, labour, plant, machinery, tools, tackles and incidental works, conforming to the provisions of IRC:15-2017 including Clause 10.14, Table 3 and Table 9, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
