Design and construction of single storey Tech Accn for operating staff with permanent specifications complete all as specified and as shown on drawings.

Design and construction of PEB structure for UETF with brick wall and wall cladding with foundation(including floor) with permanent specifications complete all as specified and as shown on drawings.

Design and construction of Parking Shed for 4 nos Cars and 6 Nos Scooters complete all as specified and as shown on drawings.

Design and construction of single storey Sub Station Building (with compressor and filtration plant) including internal services with permanent specifications complete all as specified and as shown on drawings.

Design and construction of Fuel Tank Shed single storey as shown on drawings complete all as specified .

Design and construction of Substation Building (SCADA Facility),single storey with permanent specifications complete all as specified and as shown on drawings.

Design and construction of UG Sump of capacity 40000 Gallon (free board of 0.50 M) with permanent specifications including necessary earthwork, foundation PCC, RCC M-30 (Design Mix), steel reinforcement, PCC plinth protection and all necessary connected items all as specified.

Design and construction of UG Sump of capacity 80000 Gallon (free board of 0.50 M) with permanent specifications including necessary earthwork, foundation PCC, RCC M-30 (Design Mix), steel reinforcement, PCC plinth protection and all necessary connected items all as specified.

Design and construction of RCC Culvert having 2m clear span complete all as specified and as per site conditions.

Design, engineering, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of services for un-Installed Engine Test Bed Facility (UETF) on EPC basis, in full compliance with user specifications, site conditions, statutory requirements and approved design parameters, complete in all respects and to the satisfaction of the User and Engr-in-charge. The scope includes SCADA system, complete mechanical and water system, provn of silent DG sets with controls, oil-free compressed air system, complete LT electrical network, DM water plant, and water scavenging system, including all associated equipment, piping, cabling, controls, software, civil works and accessories required for integrated and reliable operation of the test bed. All designs shall be prepared by the contractor and vetted/approved by any IIT and approved by the Accepting Officer. For detailed technical requirements, performance parameters and design criteria, reference shall be made to the section "Design Basis Parameters" of these Tender Documents. The contract price shall be deemed inclusive of all design, vetting, approvals, supply of DG Set (s), with AMF panels, compressed air system, DM water plant and water scavenging system, testing and commissioning, and no extra payment or deviation shall be admissible on any account.

Note :- Design of the above facility will be got vetted & approved from any IIT and all design parameters such as capacities and sizes of the pump sets, DG sets, cables, pipe lines, earthings etc shall be as per DBR. The cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted and nothing extra payment shall be made on this account. The contractor shall also bear the cost of all schemes to be approved from IIT.

“SEWAGE DISPOSAL"

M&L for construction of LLDPE septic tank for 10 users with free board depth 0.45m including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:2:4, brick work in CM 1:4, RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 slab including CI manhole cover (HD), vent pipe and sludge chambers, returning filling in and depositing disposal soil to a distance exceeding 50M, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for construction of Soakage wells, excavation in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6 wells of honey combed and solid in M-25 concrete including intercepting chamber, screen chamber, Brick work in CM 1:4, RCC cover slab in M-25/ RR masonry/ filling with brick bats complete of size 1.20M dia x 3.00 M deep.

“AIR CONDITIONING"

Supply and fix voltage stablizer for automatic operation single phase naturally air cooled indoor type and designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stablised at 230 V with accuracy of +/- 2.5% and of capacity 5 KVA.

“EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY"

Boring of trial bore hole 250 mm bore dia upto 60 metre depth below ground at given site perfectly vertical with reverse rotory rig circulation method or any latest technology through any kind of strata of the layers including hard stone/boulder etc to the complete depth including submitting the strata details duly graphically recorded and carrying out electronic log test etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply assembling and lowering in to bore hole M S Pipes 250 mm dia heavy grade casing pipe screwed socketed and welded ISI marked ERW in random length upto 6 metre long with wall thicknes not less than 8 mm including all necessary fittings and jointing from ground level duly painted with two coats of bituminous paint on external surface of pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply assembling and lowering in to bore hole M S slotted Pipes 250 mm dia heavy grade casing pipe screwed socketed and welded ISI marked ERW in random length upto 6 metre long with wall thicknes not less than 8 mm including all necessary fittings and jointing duly painted with two coats of bituminous paint on external surface of pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Development of bore well with compressed air of capacity 200 PSI 900CFM appropriate capacity as ground till to get the clear water and after with 25% extra capacity pump by pumping muddy water, complete all as specified and as directed.

Yield test for the bore well by continuously pumping for 16 hours to determine safe pumping yield, complete all as specified and as directed.

Pea gravel of size 4mm to 10mm of approved quality as in packing around the casing/solted pipe in bore well, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing reducer socket ERW MS 350 x 250 mm for casing pipe of bore well, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing bore well cap for 350 mm bore MS pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply MS bail plug of size 250 mm bore one mtr long, 6 mm thick with MS rod 25 mm dia welded to 250 mm bore MS pipe, complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour for Preparation/ installation of strata chart of gound data showing different type of strata duly framed with glazed front side size of chart minimum 80 cm x 30 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, lowering, connecting and testing 0f Submersible pump, 3 phase electric driven 415 V 50 Hz , suitable for discharge of 1000 LPM ,and head not less than 120 Mtr. Note:- (i) Discharge case shall be fitted with suitable adopter of 150 mm nominal bore 0.6m length threaded at one end and flanged at other end to match with column pipe duly fitted with 2 Nos. flat iron supports. The adopter shall be welded to GI pipe outlet and studded with discharge case. (ii) Column pipe and control cable shall be measured and paid separately under respactive items of schedule 'A' (iii) The length of submersible cable connected alongwith motor supplied by manufacturer shall not be measured and paid for separately.

Supply and fixing flat Three Core PVC Insulated & PVC Sheathed stranded copper conductor industrial cable for Submersible Pump Motors 1100 Volts, 16 Sqmm 3 core ,conforming to IS: 694, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for construction of valve pit of size 900x900x 900 mm internal dimensions with 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded broken stone aggregate for sub base of floor, 50 mm PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregae) as in floor finished even and fair without using extra cement, one brick thick wall built in CM 1:4 rendering 15 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 including 3 mm thick MS sheet pit frame 40x40x6 mm thick complete with looking arrangement having provision of lifting handle including 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer to steel surface and excavation in soft/loose soil, returning filling and removal of surplus soil up to 50 metre distance, complete all as specified and as directed.

Testing of water from approved Govt Lab for potability by doing chemical analysis as per norms of WHO and submission of test reports to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing housing clamp 150cm long in two halves 20 cm wide , made out 20 mm thick MS plate for 350mm dia MS cassing pipe with necessary bolts and nuts with twin washers at ground level embeded in PCC block (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing and lowering of MS centering guide into bore well made out of flat MS ribs suitable for 350/250 mm dia MS casing pipes, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix incl testing and Commissioning of chemical dozing pump. Non metallic solution tank of 100 Litres capacity with motor driven agitator to maintain uniform suspension throuughout the tank Electrical operated chlorine dosing tank consisting of Dosing tank of 100 Ltres of PE/FRP/ MOC with PE/FRP Ltid & Level gauge along with Single phase Electric motor and Agitator with shaft & blade in plastic -mounted on tank Lid must have hole for pouring calacium Hyprochalorite and water whea necessary Lid must have provision for mounting dosing pump on lid /wall.

Fabrication and supply of Strata sample wooden box, made out of 20mm thick veneered particle board and partition with 12 mm thick plywood with job 1200 x750 mm with 10 partitions of size of 150mm x150mm, 100mm deep with front glass sheet sliding type cover with almunium frame all round , 2 No's key hole plate of size 40x25x3mm thick, complete all as specfied (Name of tubewell,location,strata sample with depth shall be written as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

“EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY"

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 300x300x3mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) packed with common salt and charcoal in alternate layers of 15cm thick with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to Copper Strip 25x3mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and other end of strip connected to item to be earthed duly protected by GI pipe medium grade 40mm bore and water pipe 20mm bore light grade with funnel and wire mesh, including necessary excavation and earth work PCC chamber in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 provided with angle iron frame 50x50x6 on top to house RCC cover 80mm thick reinforced with XPM weighing not less than 4Kg/Sqm flushed with existing ground level all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR pt-1 of 2009 including testing on completion
