Note : The work will be carried out upto 13m height from ground level with necessary scaffolding and safety equipment's.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair face of brick work/ concrete surfaces with water proofing admixture finished even fair complete all as specified and directed. Note : the work will be carried out upto 13m height from ground level with necessary scaffolding and safety equipment's.

M&L rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 on ceiling, finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed

Providing and applying the plaster with single component ready to use Polymer modified repair mortar 15mm average thickness in single layer and finishing with trowel with a bond coat : SBR polymer (@ 10% of cement weight) modified cementious bond coat @ 2.2 kg cement/Sqm of surface area including taking down existing roof treatment of any type with cement plaster on brick/concrete surfaces, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., to receive further treatment, complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Smart Care (Asian Paints) or equivalent in Sika, Fosroc, Berger, STP. Note : The application shall be executed on any type of surface and on horizontal/Vertical areas.

Providing and applying Smartcare Damp proof, a fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane formulated with reinforcing acrylic fibers having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on horizontal/vertical surfaces of roof/wall/chajjas in multiple coats @2.0 litre/Sqm. Primary coat is self-priming coat of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1, damp proof : water) and other coats to be applied undiluted. The coating needs to be reinforced with 40 GSM geotextile, to sandwiched between 2nd & 3rd coat of coating. The application shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes complete all as specified and directed. (Make: Smart Care Damp Proof of Asian Paints or equivalent in SIKA/FOSROC/BERGER/STP). Notes:(1) The work shall be executed through authorised applicator of manufacturer only. (2) Authorised Applicator shall be approved by GE before starting of work. (3) All materials shall be procured directly form manufacturer. The purchase voucher shall be produced to the Engineer-in-Charge for his verification of material. Engineer-in-Charge shall deface the original purchase vouchers. (4) Guarantee: The contractor shall furnish a written guarantee for the effectiveness of the water proofing treatment for a period of Eight years in favour of the GE. A sum equivalent to 2.5% (Two point Five Percent) of the cost of water proofing treatment shall be retained by the Govt from the contractor’s dues as security deposit. The contractor may, however, furnish a fixed deposit receipt in lieu from a Schedule bank pledged in favour of Garrison Engineer.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 15mm bore GI tubing medium grade with all fittings and fixed to wall and ceiling or laid in floors etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed

M & L for preparation of new plaster external wall and ceiling surfaces of and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over and 2mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The work will be carried out upto 13m height from ground level with necessary scaffolding and safety equipment's.

S&F 100 mm PVC pipe with all accessories, with stack clamps out of 50mmx 5 mm flat iron and 16 mm dia round iron stamp including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stays to walls @ 1.00m C/C on wall, complete all as specified and directed.
