Taking down carefully existing points wiring on surface conduit/concealed conduit including conduit from surface and expect conduit in concealed wiring for light/fan/socket/power/bell from wall & roof along with fitting and fixtures such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, batten holders, unserviceable light fittings, pieces of wires, gutties, conduit, wooden boards etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody of contractor for which the credit has been considered under schedule of credit and making good the disturbed portion of all floor, ceiling etc all as specified and directed.

Point wiring with 1.5 sqmm(22/.3mm) PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS single core multistranded copper conductor for one light/fan/bell point in and including PVC rigid non metallic concealed conduit 19/20 mm dia, medium duty, ISI Marked to be terminated in pressed steel terminal boxes with 3 mm thick bakelite sheet top cover including 1.5 sqmm (22/.3 mm ) PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS single core multistranded copper earth continuity conductor controlled by one switch and/or one regulator complete including making good the surfaces in CM 1:3 and finishing the surface as per existing treatment all as specified. Notes: (i) Switches socket and regulators, pressed steel terminal boxes & Top cover plate where required shall be measured and paid for separately. (ii) Wiring shall be done as per colour code in IS for phase, neutral and earth

Supply and Fix in replacement of electronic fan regulator stepped type, necessary connections with suitable copper cable including taking down of unserviceable existing all specified.

Taking down unserviceable building security light fitting of any size/type and supply and fixing of powder coated pressure die cast aluminium compact LED security light fitting of 25 watt with LED lamps including mounting arrangement i.e GI pipe of suitable size, clamps, nuts bolts complete all as specified & directed. Sub main wiring (with approved colour coding as per IS) with single core FRLS PVC insulated flexible multistranded copper conductor 1.1 KV grade (main cable : number of runs indicated below) along with one run of single core FRLS PVC insulated flexible solid/multistranded copper conductor 1.1 KV grade for earthing in and including PVC conduits of suitable size, for 2 runs of 6 sq. mm main cable + 1 run of 4 Sq. mm earth cable as in replacement of old unserviceable wiring complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Two different color wires shall be used for phase and neutral . (ii) Connections of cables with MCBs or bus bars shall be done through appropriate size brass/copper thimbles. (iii) If Necessary cutting chasing shall be included in this item.

Earthing complete with galvanized iron earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6.0mm , buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts , nuts , check nuts and galvanized iron or steel including earth work in any type of soil, charcoal salt 15 cm around the earth plate 20 mm dia watering pipe medium grade 1.70 mtr long with a plug at top, GI protection pipe light grade 15 mm dia from earth pit to main board including PCC pit in cement concrete 1:2:4 along with CI frame and cover 10mm thick duly hinged to CI frame as shown in the electrical plate No3 of SSR 2009 part 1 specification at page 497.

Taking down of old unserviceable iron box of any size from the wall and supply & fixing of 50cm X 50cm X 18cm deep box made out of 2mm thick MS sheet with double shutters hinged with locking/ventilation arrangements, holes drilled for cable entries all over a coat of red oxide primer including necessary civil work and match disturbed surface and colour wash as per existing surface complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Load line distribution board SPN, 8 ways, 240 volts with 200 Amps standard bus bar of suitable size, double door, powder coated sheet metal enclosure fitted with bus bar din and neutral link, and provision for accessories such as Isolators and MCB (out going) with adjustable release complete fixed as in repair all as specified.

Load line distribution board TPN, Vertical 4 ways, double door, powder coated DB and provision for MCCB/MCBs including necessary earth bar and neutral link 200 Amp, and complete with provision of MCB (out going) with adjustable release complete fixed as in repair all as specified.

MCB, single pole & neutral (SPN)10 KA 240 volts 63 Amp capacity fixing in DB’s complete all as specified and directed.

MCB, single pole (SP) 10 KA 240 volts 5 to 32 Amp capacity fixing in DB’s complete all as specified and directed.

MCCB TPN, 100 Amps, 4 pole 415 volts, 16 Ka complete fixed as in repair all as specified and directed.

Taking out old serviceable/unserviceable LT UG cables of any size from trenches, poes/walls and floor including taking out old bricks from trenches complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying of pipe, cable and foundation of poles/stays etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm area on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Clean dry sand laid in trenches/ ducts for bedding and cushioning to cable, including spreading and leveling complete all as specified.

Sub class ‘B’ old size bricks laid adjacent to each other perpendicular to the direction of cable in trenches for protection of cable all as specified.

Supplying, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of XLPE insulated armoured electric power LT cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 1100 Volts grade of cross sectional area 16 Sqmm 4 core complete laid on wall/pole complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i)Cable shall be laid in trenches, under road, across the nallahs, along pole/wall and in ducts. (ii) Excavation & earth work, pipe, clamp, sand cushioning and cable protection shall be measured separately.

GI tube light grade (ISI marked) 40mm bore laid in trenches across road/nallah or fixed along with wall/pole including two clamp, 2 Nos FI of 40 x 6mm size with nuts, bolts and washers or laid in floors complete fixed as in repair for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.
