Cont/- hydroxide (free lime) inside the concrete to form corresponding silicates, which are stronger molecules. Total Solids Content 29-30% approx. Specific Gravity at 25°C 1.25 +/- 0.02 Ph Alkaline VOC Content Nil This sealer gels in the empty pores which is insolble silica deposits. Finally forms a microscopic siliceous layers on the surface which results in strong ceramic coating, firmly bonded to the surface by strong silanol bonds. M&L corrosion protection of unexposed old reinforcement on non-spalled concrete by Insertion of sustained release Corrosion inhibiting caplets, which protect both anodic & cathodic sites and reduces Corrosion potential Ecorr by minimum 80 mV in conductive medium, by drilling 20-22 mm dia holes into the concrete at a depth of 30-40 mm and inserts to be filled by epoxy sealant. Caplets shall inhibit corrosion inhibition efficiency of 98% (when added 0.03 % by weight) against control sample evaluated by Tafel polarization method. Depth of penetration for effective corrosion protection shall be 120mm & film formation of 20 Microns as evaluated by CSIR - CECRI Karaikudi. Spacing of Caplets shall be 750 mm in horizontal or vertical direction in RCC structure complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cleaning all existing reinforcement bars with wire brush/rotary wire brush to make entire surface of bars free from loose torn metallic parts, loose material, dirt etc. and M&L for applying alkaline Antioxydizing agent on the existing rebars and allowing it to react with damaged metal and form a corrosion resistant, insoluble protective layer, as per manufacturer's instructions, including necessary scaffolding, props etc. complete all as specified and as directed. The rate shall include cost of scaffolding necessary for the work. M&L for MS TMT bars 10 mm dia and over as in reinforcement cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends & bending with and including MS annealed wire not less than 0.9 mm dia. M&L providing and filling three components compound (A) graded filler (B) E-Resins (C) thixotropic agents with adjustable consistency by varying the filler component. Chemicals having the density of 1.64 -1.68gm/cc.for RCC walls/floor/ columns cracks after opening up in “V” groove manner covering the area of 30mm from central line of crack with the depth of 10 mm. Providing, mixing & applying two component epoxy resin concrete bonding coat on prepared RCC surfaces prior to application of any type of repair mortar or microconcrete as per manufacturer's specification including cleaning of surface to remove all dirt, dust or any other impurities, etc. including necessary scaffolding work, all complete as specified and directed. The product should comply with ASTM C 881 Type II Grade 2 Class B+C. Note-: This item shall be executed by authorised agency, Contractor shall submit the MOU with authorised applicator of manufacturer.

Drilling Holes of 12mm dia upto 100mm deep in structural members at the interval of 300mm in staggered manner or along the crack line in RCC structural member including cleaning of the holes by air blower and M&L for inserting 12mm dia NRV nozzles compatible with epoxy injector and having machined external end to receive outlet of Grouting Gun. Fix the nozzles inside the hole by applying thixotropic epoxy adhesive to ensure complete sealing and allow curing the system for minimum of 8 hrs before grouting: Cut and remove nozzle projections, excess putty, if any, over concrete element by grinding, levelling and finishing the external surface, after completion of the work, etc. complete all as specified and directed. M&L for mixing mechanically PP fibre of 24 mm length with Anti-crack strength with Rheoplastic non shrink, corrosion resistant, High strength MICROCONCRETE having compressive strength as Bs 4551-80 by adding 12mm graded aggregate or in combination with 1:4 mortar for 25 mm jacketing ensuring strength (ASTM C 109)-35 Mpa @ 28 days, Tensile strength 2.0N/mm2 @ 28 days (ASTM C 348)- 4 Mpa @ 28 days, Flextural strength 10N/mm2 (ASTM C 348)-11 Mpa @ 28 days, Young's modulus -27 KN/sqm (ASTM D469), Expansion charactristics (ASTM C 827-1987) Unrestrained expansion upto 4% pressure to restrain plastic Expansion -Approx. 0.004 N/sqm pouring of micro concrete into the formwork of columns using suitable arrangement or required using pumping device for uniform flow of micro concrete. M&L for applying two coats of water proofing and protective coating on surface with Mucis properties high performance elastomeric cementititous Non -toxic, water proofinng coating complies to ATSM D4541, ATSM C836, DIN 1048p 5, ASTM D412 having shore hardness 'D' scale = 20, Non Volatile, Low Temperature Flexibility Adhesion to concrete > 2.5 N/Sqmm, Pass permeability Test, tensile strength > 0.4 Mpa, Elongation > 20%, coating will be applied after proper curing of screed, mixing using slow speed electric drill, complete all as specified and directed. M & L for new or old surfaces of exterior wall decorating and water proofing treatment to wall surface by wire brushing in order to remove dust, dirt, loose particles, laitance.
