Demolition of cement concrete and paving not exc. 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) and removal of un serviceable materials off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Sl Item No. 1.01 above but Reinforced cement concrete (reinforement cut as required to facilitate demolition).

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed trusses etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles and removal of un serviceable materials off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick / stone / concrete surfaces and including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n.exc. 1.5m wide and n.exc. 1.5m in depth; for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc n.exc. 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc. 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25cm thick in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the staring point complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material(Soil) to a distance exc. 1.50 KM but n.exc. 5 KM and depositing where directed complete at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing n.exc 15cm deep and getting out in any type of soil including cleaning all grass, vegetation, saplings bushes etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Plain Cement Concrete (1:4:8), type D2 ,using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundation concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks PCC (1:3:6), type C1 exc. 10cm in width and setting in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Walling of squared rubble stone masonry, regular coursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl Item No.1.13 above but except stone. NOTE:- Serviceable stone as obtained from Sl Item No. 1.04 above shall be reused.

TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Reinforced Cement Concrete (nominal mix), type B-1, (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in slabs supported on wall, beams and columns in floors roofs, landings, balconies, canpoies, deck slabs, shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cment concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitrerd/stopped ends etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Add or deduct for each 25mm girth or part there of over or under 30cm for Sl Item No. 1.18 above as directed.

Plain Cement Concrete (1:2:4), type B1 ,using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in surfaces channel and drains etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Plain Cement Concrete (1:2:4), type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in copings, bed blocks, hold fasts etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick on fairfaces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick on stone masonry surfaces or other than fair faces of brick work or one side of lathing in cement mortar (1:4) finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Plain Cement concrete (1:4:8), type D2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub bases of floors, 100mm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Chequered Cement Concrete coloured tiles (with white cement and pigments) of size 250 x 250 x 20mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigments to match the colour of tiles over 20mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Machine pressed precast cement concrete inter locking paver blocks any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, of M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment fixed over 50mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

Plain Cement Concrete, type B1, (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, 100mm thick laid in alternate bays (not exceeding 4 Sqm each) finishing the concrete surfaces even and fair at top without using extra cement and providing joints throughout the thickness, filled with mastic filling comprising one part of bitumen 85/25 grade and three parts of sand by weight all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces of any description and applying two coats of cement base paint over a caot of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Rolled mild steel as in framed work such as grills, gratings, guard bars etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railing; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Rolled Mild steel work as in hand rails, half round or other stock section or core, for wooden hand rail straight portion, drilled and counter shunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc, wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or rivetting, etc, and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type standard rails, straining bolts including securing, tying at crossing with and provision of galvanized steel wire staple or steel pins etc., complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- Each line wire to be measured.
