Excavating in post holes in hard/dense soil n.exc. 0.5 cum and getting out returning, filling in and ramming in layers n.exc. 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc. 50 mtr and making good the surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (40mm graded aggregate) as in foundation, filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of MS framed work such as fencing post including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes,notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PVC coated GI chain link fencing 3.5mm dia with 50mm x 50mm mesh including fixing of MS line wire / rod, flat iron & machine made hexagonal or square head bolts to fencing posts including dismantling of chain link fencing complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Supply only of MS rod,flat iron and bolts will be measured and paid seperately

Supply only mild steel screw bolts n exc 12 mm dia machine made with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends for fixing of chain link fencing.

Supply only MS bars for support to chain link fencing complete all as specified and as directed Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A.

Supply only MS Flat iron as in fillets for securing wire mesh including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work confirming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not other wise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for Framed work such as grills,gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted,or forged into spikes; framed ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290 Gde E-165

S&F for Mild Steel work as in Tubular Trusses, Posts etc including special shaped washer etc if required complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes confirming to IS - 1161, Grade YST - 240, Medium Grade of any dia complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rail, braces, etc, complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other concering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door gfitting (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering , running rails and guides) and hanging , also fastening and fixing complete confirming to Fe-410 W (Gde E-250) quality-A.

Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings

S&F of Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified complete all as manufacturers instruction and as directed.

S&F of Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as in ridges, hips, valley gutter, drip, and straight flashing all as specified and as directed.

S&F of Aluminium flat work in, wind ties screwed as directed, including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc. and similar work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of Red oxide primer including preparation of new steel/iron surface of any description n.exc 10 cm in width or girth complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing new steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete type C1 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in plinth course, benching,copings, kneelers, apex stones etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (40mm graded aggregate) as in foundation, filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) in wearing course, plinth course, benching,copings, kneelers, apex stones etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for forming 12mm thick Expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’ in 100mm concrete slabs complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick,concrete or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded aggre-gate) in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete ,using extra cement , including forms , moulds, mitred / stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of precast concrete work/ block walling built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC solid blcok masonry type C-1 (1:3:6) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, exc 10cm in width and built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in covers slabs over drains including necessary formwork etc set in CM (1:4) all as specified and directed Note : Reinforcement shall be measured & paid separately under relevent items of this schedule

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in coping including necessary form work finished fair and even including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified.

Demolition of tiles / stone slab of any description or thickness in floor, hearth or wall laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar removing debries off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for chequred cement concrete tiles mixed with grey cement and no pigment of size 300x300x25 mm thick set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors incl 20 mm thick screed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for chequered vitrified coloured tiles 300X300X10 mm thick of each tiles in floor/ steps/stairs etc set and jointed with cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 18-20 mm thick Granite work any type including cutting in curvature shape, moulding including wastage etc fixed to horizontal / vertical surfaces to wall, risers, floor complete including necessary backing screed bed / backing of 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with mixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block with grey cement and no pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 Grade complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning (River sand) under paver block including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted sufaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamel(ordinary tint) paint on road kerb Surfaces of anydescription over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces over 10cm in width or girth and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of in repair Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning of Light Dirt such as slit, fungi, algae etc. on tensile membrane fabric using approved detergents, clean water, soft brush or sponge, low pressure power sprayer if needed including all necessary scaffoldings all as per the instructions of OEM and as directed.

M&L for cleaning of Heavy Dirt such as grease, tar, calcareous sedimentation, Bird droppings, Leaves, Pollens, Resins etc. on tensile membrane fabric using approved detergents, clean water, soft brush or sponge, low pressure power sprayer if needed including all necessary scaffoldings all as per the instructions of OEM and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted metal surfaces and Painting with one coat of Epoxy paint.
