REPAIR / MAINTENANCE TO KITCHEN UTILITY, INTERNAL PLUMBING WORKS, SUNKEN POTION, RAIN WATER PIPE, WATER PROOFING TREATMENT AND ALLIED WORKS AT ASHOK NAGAR AND GARDEN CITY UNDER GE DEHU ROAD

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar.

M&L for Machine cut cudappah stone slab 20-25mm thick over cement screed base, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed no pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified.

M&L for Marble work green marble 18 to 20 mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in CM (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with green marble shade complete all as specified.

M&L machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over and including cement screed based 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab incl cutting polishing and rubbing complete.

S& F in repairs stainless steel Sinks kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers and wastes; including beding in cement mortar overall size 495mm x 420 mm bowl size 410 mm x 330 mm x 160 mm complete including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to waste pipe; upto 0.5 sqm each complete all as specified. (Note : Stainless steel sink to be provided in lieu of ground cemented washing area, hence no credit)

Taking up or down steel tubes and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to stones bore of pipe 15mm etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in -charge.

All as per item No. 06 above but bore of pipe 20mm

M&L GI tubes, medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls, ceiling or laid in floors, bore of pipe 15mm

All as per item No.8 above but bore of pipe 20mm

Refixing old steel tubing and connections in new or old position (wall, ceiling, floor etc) 15mm bore
