Erection of shamiana for Republic Day 2026 at Government Building Complex Mapusa, in Mapusa Constituency.

Providing water proof pandal. The Pandal shall be erected on G.I. pipe frame work supported on wooden ballies/steel props. The roof shall be with G.I. sheets on the top surface and decorative cloth at the ceiling level supported on vertical wooden ballies/steel props. The vertical supports shall be covered with decorative cloth for the full height. The Pandal shall be erected one day prior to the function and shall be kept till the end of the function as per the instructions of the Engineer-in-charge.The Pandal shall be dismantled and the area shall be cleaned with removal of rubbish at the end of the function.

Painting one or more coats with superior quality ready mixed paint of steel work of approved brand & manufacture in all shades on old work to give an even shade.

Clearing grass and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 mts. lead.

12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

6mm cement plaster to ceiling 1: 4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacturer one or more coats of required shade on old work to give an even shade.
