Civil Works and other allied works at different sites under Purba Bardhaman District in connection with 18th WBLA-2026

Taking out existing partition/ceiling of particle board, masonite board, ply board, soft board etc. of any thickness and refixing same in new position with necessary clamps making holes in walls, floor, roof and mending damages if any.

Dismantling all types of masonry excepting cement concrete plain or reinforced, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m.

Cutting chase upto 125 x 150 mm. and subsequent mending of damages.

Removal of rubbish,earth etc. from the working site and disposal of the same beyond the compound, in conformity with the Municipal / Corporation Rules for such disposal, loading into truck and cleaning the site in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge

Clearing compound premises of shurbs, plants, jungles etc. by cutting and removing as directed (Specific permission of Engineer-in-Charge prior to execution will be necessary). (Payment to be made on area cleared)

Earth work in filling in compound, tank, low land, ditches etc. with good earth, in layers not exceeding 150 mm. including breaking clods and consolidating the same by ramming and dressing complete. (Payment will be made on profile measurement before and after the work) (i) With carried earth arranged by the contractor within a radius of 3 km. including cost of carried earth.

Filling sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm as directed and consolidating the same by thorough saturation with water, ramming complete including the cost of supply of sand. (payment to be made on measurement of finished quantity).

Supplying, spreading and consolidating Moorum to a depth of 75 mm at desired density and C.B.R. as per specification with power roller to proper gradient and camber including watering as necessary, and lighting, guarding, barricading and making adequate earthen bundh where necessary to protect the edges and curing with water for 2 to 3 days, mending cracks by rolling where necessary including all incidental charges of roller, cost of fuel & lubricants etc. complete as per specification

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sandstone) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 m. as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete.

Brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:6) in ground floor

125 mm. thick brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:4) in ground floor

Extra Labour for uplifting brick and other materials for brick work, brackets and similar type, for sealing window /door etc. and other projection brick works . @ each additional floor beyond ground floor for 125 mm. thick brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:4) in ground floor

75 mm. thick brick work with 1st class bricks set in cement, sand mortar (1:4) in ground floor including H.B. netting in every alternate layers. in ground floor

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement,if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works

Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary), cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every intersection, complete as per drawing and direction

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary a) 15 mm thick plaster (1:6)

Labour for Chipping of concrete surface before taking up Plastering work

White washing including cleaning and smoothening surface thoroughly. a) One coat

Z-batten shutters of door and window as per design havings tongued and groovehalf lap jointed as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including fitting and fixing shutter in position, but including the cost of hinges and other fittings as required a) Shutter with 25mm thick planks, 19mm thick battens.

Marking & numbering with paint in strong room floor /wooden rack in proper line, angle with approved quality paint & colour includig cleaning surface for keeping EVMs as per direction all compelte .

Supply of Hydraulic door closer of approved quality as per I.S.I. standard fitted and fixed as emargency basis including fitting fixing all complete. Including Labour for fitting and fixing different type of automatic door closer with necessary (a) Medium (I.S.I. size 2)

In Emargency/Heavy Rainfall/water logging etc. situation filling by fly ash/wooden dust/ghesh/rice husk etc. or any local debris/rubbish materials in layers not exceeding 250 mm as directed and consolidating the same by thorough saturation with water, ramming complete including the cost of supply of materials. (payment to be made on measurement of finished quantity).
