Sub head -I (M/s Stulz precision units 7TR 10Nos 10th floor and 9th floor) Complete gas charging for 7.0TR package AC units with 407C refrigerent, including nitrogen pressure testing, leak testing with halide torch, arresting leakages, vaccumisation etc as rquired.
Supplying and fixing of the following accessories/ components for the existing 7TR precision type package AC units including removing of faulty items, fixing of new components, testing etc., as required. (M/s Stulz) (a) Outdoor fan blades along with motor.
Providing gas topping up for package AC units with 407C refrigerent etc as required.
General servicing of the package units, removing the filters, cleaning of the external filters, jet cleaning of the evaporator coil, cleaning of the out door condenser unit with water jet, checking of all the control circuit, checking of the opertion buttons, display, indication bulbs in the indoor unit etc.,
Sub head -II (M/s Uniflair precision units 7TR 6Nos NGN) General servicing of the package units, removing the filters, cleaning of the external filters, jet cleaning of the evaporator coil, cleaning of the out door condenser unit with water jet, checking of all the control circuit, checking of the opertion buttons, display, indication bulbs in the indoor unit etc.,
Supplying and fixing of the following accessories/ components for the existing 7TR PAC units including removing of faulty items, fixing of new components, testing etc., as required. (a) Gas topup in the circuit with R22 refrigerant.
Sub head - III ( Providing Condenser shed for sun shade ) Supplying and fixing 0.5mm thick Colour coated Profile Sheet for providing roof to the shed i/c hardware for fixing the sheet, cutting, overlapping etc., as required. (Make: JSW/Jindal/SS make)
Supplying and fixing of MS Square Pipe of size 75mm x75mmx 3mm thickness and 50mm x50mmx 3mm thickness for making sunshade sheds for 14TR Precision AC condensors (52' x 12') i/c cutting, welding, painting making good etc., as required.
Supplying and fixing of 200mmX200mmx 8mm thick MS square plate i/c cutting, welding, painting and fixing on the floor with anchor fasteners and making good the dameges etc as required.
Providing foundation with brickwork around the 75x75mm MS pipe i/c plastering with Cement mortar, white washing etc complete as required.
