Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells cesspits manholes pier holes etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement Concrete (Unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hardcore of broken stone of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC design mix M-25 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns, etc, basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC M-25 design mix using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like , any thickness ,above top of footings, including attached plasters and buttresses complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, benching, bed block, lintel band, plinth courses etc and similar work including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for use and waste of formwork to sides(flat) of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter, for rough finished surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for use and waste of formwork to face(flat) of walls , retaining walls, abutment, parapets and staircase railing and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses etc vertical or to batter for rough finished surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in landings, cover slab (for drain etc) and similar work including necessary form work for fair finished surface and set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface of wall 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 and to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

S&F, PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm bore single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L hand packing (any thickness) at back of walls over arches etc with broken stone or boulders use as filter media and raising (or lowering) to the required level complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition & breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete ) set in CM Internal dia of pipe any size

S&F,600mm bore reinforced concrete pipe class NP-3 laid and jointed with on collar per length of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F,450mm bore reinforced concrete pipe class NP-3 laid and jointed with on collar per length of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling precast concrete articles and precast concrete block , built in CM or cement mortar complete all as specified.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (40mm graded aggregate) in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F machine pressed precast concrete inter locking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS:15658-2006 of 60mm thick M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L precast( kerb stone) concrete block masonry of PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm stone graded aggregate and set in CM (1:4) complete including necessary excavation, use & waste of form work for plain fair faces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only machine pressed precast concrete inter locking paver block any shape and size complete all as specified and directed. Note : Paver block obtained from dismantling shall be used.

M&L precast( kerb stone) concrete block masonry except kerb stone set in CM (1:6) complete including necessary excavation, use & waste of form work for plain fair faces of concrete complete all as specified and directed. Note : PCC stone obtained from dismantling shall be used.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on concrete /paver block old surfaces of any description, not otherwise, described, over 10cm width or girth including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in floors and paving and using exta cement complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material exc. 250 m but n exc. 500 m and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in loose/ soft/ hard soil complete all as specified and directed.

Schedule of credit amount of Rs. 74,550.00 to be deducted during AOC.
