Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blassting hard of soft rock by chiselling such as pick work, jumper work, blasting hard or soft rock by chiselling where the blasting work is prohibited, slushy, daldal and saturated soil including pumping or bailing out water within all heights, stacking the excavated soil within all leads clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm (fifteen centimetres) layer when required into plinths, sides of foundation consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 Cement :3 coarse sand) : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Providing and Laying cement concrete work 1:1.5:3 (1cement:1.5 sand:3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work:- Foundation, footing, bases of columns and mass concrete.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm. thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm. so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc.with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 Mtrs. and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like I/c attached pillasters,buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like;

Supplying and erection of 4 mtr Decorative Poles made of galvanised Mild steel pipes fitted withcast aluminium/ iron embellishments duly polyurethane paint coated. Bottom dia-139.7 (1M), Top dia- 76.1 (3M), Base plate-300x300x10mm, with foundation nuts & bolts MFHD - 203 (2.5 inch pipe fitted on top portion of pole) without wiring.

Providing and laying of one No. copper conductor, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed, armoured/XLPE power cable, working voltage 1100 volts grade direct in ground; to be laid 1 meter below the ground level including excavation sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc. of the required size: - Armoured cable 10 sq. mm (twin core).

Supplying and errection of LED Post Top Lights BGCTNP 40W WW on Pole of apprved brand and manufecture including all accessories at site including carriage within all leads and lifts.

Supplying and errection of Fency Lights (Laddi type) 6 mtr length arround the Pole from bottom to top of apprved brand and manufecture including all accessories at site including carriage within all leads and lifts.

Dressing the ground including cutting and filling upto 15 cm. as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying 80mm thick cement concrete paver block of of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of interlocking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).
