Providing and fixing dry cladding at all heights with 30 mm thick Pre polish granite stone of approved shade, fixed to structural steel frame work and / or with the help of stainless steel cramps of required shape and size, pins etc. and sealing the joints with approved weather sealant including grouting the frame work/cramps/pins, maintaining the grooves in stone slabs as per the drawing and filling the same with non-staining, non-streaking silicon joint sealants of approved make, including backer rod, drilling, anchoring, grouting, scaffolding, edge polishing, chamfering to received tapered stone and providing and applying coating on external surface of stone with solvent based silicone sealant of approved make as per manufacturer's specifications etc., all complete as per architectural drawings and direction of Engineer in charge.
Providing and applying back coat sealer of approved make (as per drawing or as directed by project incharge)on back side and four edges of the stone and allowing it to cure for 24 hours before laying stone for flooring, application as per manufacture’s installation methodology. The sealer should be applied at the rate of 2 ltr per 150 sqft of surface area complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.
Providing and applying High performance top coat sealer of approved make (as per drawing or as directed by project incharge) on the exposed surface on Clay tile to form invisible barrier by allowing vapour to escape for resistance against water alklies, acid staining and freeze thaw damages. The sealer should be applied at the rate of 2 ltr per 285 sqft of surface area complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.
Providing and fixing structural steel frame (for dry cladding with 30mm thick gang saw cut with machine cut edges sand stone) on walls at all heights using M.S. square/rectangular tube in the required pattern as per architectural drawing including cost of cutting, bending, welding etc. The frame work shall be fixed to the wall with the help of MS brackets/lugs of angle iron/flats etc which shall be welded to the frame and embedded in brick wall with cement concrete block 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone agg 20mm nominal) size) of size 300x230x300mm including cost of necessary centering & shuttering and with approved expansion hold fasteners on CC/RCC surface including drilling necessary holes. Approved cramps/pins etc shall be welded to the frame work to support stone cladding. The steel work will be given a priming coat of “ZINC” primer as approved by Engineer-in-charge and painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint (Shop drawings shall be submitted by the contractor to the Engineer-in-charge for approval before execution).The frame work shall be fixed in true horizontal & vertical lines/planes. (Only structural steel frame work shall be measured for the purpose of payments, stainless steel cramps shall be paid for separately and nothing extra shall be paid.)
Providing and fixing adjustable stainless steel cramps of approved quality and of required shape and size adjustable with stainless steel nuts, bolts and washers (total weight not less than 260gms) for dry stone cladding fixed on frame work at suitable location including making necessary recesses in stone slab, drilling required holes etc. complete as per the direction of engineer-in-charge.
Providing and fixing copper pins 7.5 cm long 6 mm diameter for securing adjacent stones in stone wall lining in cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) including making the necessary chases.

RETAINING WALL WATERPROOFING
Providing and laying of 1.5 mm thick SBS based self-adhesive waterproofing membrane topped with hdpe cross laminated film-valeron with the following technical properties-Softening point >105 as per IS1205/1978 ,Tensile Strength (L/T), N/sq.mm >4 as per ASTM D412,Elongation (L/T) film, (%) L- 200 ,T -200 as per ASTM D 412, Tear Resistance 20-25 (N/mm) as per ASTM D 4073, Puncture Resistance, (N)Film >200 as per ASTM E 154, Hydrostatic pressure > 50 m (5BAR) No leakage as per DIN 1048, including cleaning the surface, priming the surface with cold applied bituminous primer@4-6 sqmtr/litre, properly sealing the joints & maintaining 75 mm overlap between the membrane selvedge & 100 mm overlap on the end joints of the membrane over the slab etc. complete. Providing aluminum flashing, wherever required for termination of membrane at all locations and finally sealing the strip using PU sealant. The laid membrane shall be covered with protection board - spot bonded on retaining wall before backfilling 8mm thick HDPE dimple board. Providing and laying water proofing treatment in sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc., by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying : (a) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253kg/ sqm. This layer will be C201 allowed to air cure for 4 hours. (b) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm . This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours. The rate includes preparation of surface, treatment and sealing of all joints, corners, junctions of pipes and masonry with polymer mixed slurry.
Providing and applying of swellable type water stop tape, 19mm x 25mm thick in linear meter (expansive nature) for construction joints treatment of RCC structure such as raft slab, retaining walls, water storage tank and at the junctions of raft slab with the retaining walls etc.. After cleaning the surface, one coat of required primer for swellable water stop tape shall be applied throughout the length of the joint @3.78 litre per 240 running meter. Material and labour for Constructing Brick masonry percolation pit 3m dia and 5m deep with bricks of class designation 7.5 in cement mortar 1:6, base concrete 1:3:6 below the brick wall, including cost of necessary excavation in any type of soil, back filling as required in 20cm thick layers, dewatering if any, shuttering and shoring and disposal of surplus excavated material within the plot. 2 nos. 300mm dia borings to a depth of 50 metre (to be measured from the bottom of the percolation pit), provisioning and fixing 160 O.D. PVC pipes, tested to 6kg/sqcm, in each bore and upto the height of 300mm above the RCC top slab. The PVC pipe shall be slotted except 3.0 metres at the top and 3.0 metres below from the bottom of the percolation pit, which shall be blind. Top of the PVC pipe shall be covered with PVC Socket & plug. Each bore around the PVC pipe shall be filled with pea gravels. The percolation pit shall be filled with river stone/pebbles as shown in drawings.
The top slab shall be 150mm thick with RCC (1:2:4) including nominal reinforcement and 2 nos. heavy duty 560 dia SFRC manhole covers with frames as per IS:12592 (weight not less than 182 kg) shall be provided in the top slab. PVC encased 12mm dia steel bar Footrests shall be provided 300 centre to centre. The above shall be provided all as specified and shown on drawings. 300mm dia RCC pipe for inlet and overflow as shown on drawings shall be measured separately.
