REPAIR TO PATH, INTERLOCKING PAVER BLOCK AND CONNECTED WORKS AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS OF AGE B/R-II AT GE JHANSI

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone agg) in sub base of flooring/ hard standing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) in flooring, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded stone agg) as in plinth protection and path laid in panels, not more than 3.0 mtr in length, laid to slope 1:30 incl forming joints 10mm wide and duly filled with mastic bitumen (01 part bitumen mixed with 03 parts of sand) surface, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : The quoted rates are deemed to be inclusive of material against form work and joint fillings.)

Material and labour for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness laid , bedded and pointed in any mortar as in floors, aprons etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using rubber mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and shaping the edging of paver blocks with cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 usinf 20mm graed stone aggregates complete as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for factory made rubber mould, chequered cement concrete tiles in floor of any colour 30 cm x 30cm x 20 to 22 mm thick, set & jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry mixed with grey cement and pigments, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed. Incl demoliation of stone slab.

M&L 16-20 mm thick granite slab of any type , tabled rubbed, machine cut, duly grinding, polishing, moulding etc of all outer edges / sharp corners, duly fixed in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4), incl pointing in grey cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with the shade of slab, Incl demoliation of stone slab. complete all specified and directed.

M&L for non skid (capsule or dot pattern) exterior grade, heavy duty colured endura tiles of dark shed of thickness 8 to 10 mm , area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but n.exc 0.18 sqm as in flooring etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed/ bedding layer in CM (1:6) including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premisescomplete all as specified and as directed.
