Conveying the surplus excavated earth & debris boulders and spoil by mechanical means and depositing at place inside DAE installation identified as dumping yard as per requirement with a lead specified below including loading, unloading, breaking clods, levelling all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineering-in-charge. Note: 1) The rates in respect of this item are applicable for the NET quantities arrived at after making deductions for voids @20% in respect of soil and 50% in respect of Rock from the corresponding stack / truck measurements 2) The earth shall be dammed well inside the damping yard not over approach pathway road. Lead charges for lead Exceeding 50m but not exceeding 3Kilometer.

Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position at all levels, centering and shuttering to correct line and levels including strutting, propping, etc., with necessary bracings in all axes to give a stable assembly with provision for making the joints in the shuttering fully leak proof and with provision for fixing coil nuts with tie rods along with suitable channel for lateral supports and for inserts, projecting dowels, anchor bolts or any other fixture, including staging access and working platforms etc., all complete as specified and dirctored including dismantling and removing the aforesaid assembly after the concrete attains the sufficient strength to self-support itself without cracking and distortion all as per specification, including all materials and labour complete in all respects at all lifts. The measurement for the form work will be the actual area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces. Shuttering with plywood panels alone will be permitted.

Providing straightening, decoiling wherever necessary bending, cutting, binding and fixing in position steel reinforcement TMT bars of Fe500D grade steel confirming to IS:1786 'SAIL or VIZAG or approved equivalent make ' and tying with approved annealed binding wire of 1.6mm dia in all reinforced cement concrete work at all lifts, including cost of supplying fixing the spacer/cover blocks in cement mortar 1:2 and binding wire complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at all lifts .

Providing and laying cast -insitu controlled reinforced cement concrete M20 grade with 320 kg. of cement per cu.m. of concrete for all floors at all levels and lifts mentioned below using 20mm maximum of size hard granite machine crushed graded stone aggregates including weigh batching, charges for mixing and cost admixture, mechanical mixing, transporting and placing at all lifts, vibrating, consolidating, curing and finishing smooth of all exposed faces complete for column footing, column, lintels, sunshades, gutter slab, beams, slabs, water tank, machine foundation and all other structural elements including dewatering wherever necessary (Formwork and reinforcement will be paid for separately ) all as per specification all as shown in drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for all insitu item. Note:1. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing and cost of admixture. Chemical admixture confirming to IS 9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from Engineer-in-charge shall be obtain for dosage and compatibility. 2.Test certificate of cement procured from dealer/company to be submitted for all cement related work by the Contractor. 3.The rate shall be quoted on the bases of using minimum cement per Cu.m. of concrete mention below for relevant grade of concrete any upward/downward variation required to obtain the specified strength will be paid for or deducted at the rate of the cement specified in Schedule F.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete in all respects as per clause 406 of MoRT & H Specifications for road and bridge works ( 4th Revision ) and as directed by the Engineer -in - Charge.

Proving and construction brick masonry at all lifts using well burnt stock bricks in cement mortar 1:6 including scaffolding, raking out joints, curing complete as per specification and drawings for foundation, superstructure, etc for the following floors. For Basement and Ground Floor

Proving and construction brick masonry at all lifts 115mm thick brick work in cement mortar 1:4 using well burnt stock bricks including providing and placing in position 2 nos of 8mm dia rods at every 4th layer scaffolding, raking out joints on both faces etc., complete as per specification and directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. Providing and laying Damp proof course over brick masonry wall at basement level in cement mortar 1:3 25mm thick mixing with crude oil at the rate of 5% by weigth of cement including curing, finishing etc. complete all as per specification, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 40mm thick concrete flooring with metallic concrete hardner topping at all levels and floors consisting of underlayers of 28mm thick cement concrete 1:1:2 (1 part cement :1 part Fine aggregate: 2 part coarse aggregates of 12.5mm and below size) by volume, top layer of 12mm thick 1:2 mix (1 part cement with metallic hardener of Hardonate/ Ironite or approved equivalent: 2 part of stone aggregate of 6mm nomial size by volume)(metallic hardener and cement mixed ratio is 1:4) prepared as per manufacturer's instructions including chipping the concrete surface, finishing,curing, providing aluminium dividing strips, cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area etc. complete all as per specifications and drawings.

Providing plastering to the internal surface of brickwork/concrete at all elevation in cement mortar 1:5, 12mm thick finished with a floating coat of neat cement including hacking of concrete surface with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming grooves where ever necessary, all as per specifications.

Providing cement plaster skirting in cement mortar 1:3, 18mm thick finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including curing, making uniform heigth, cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer.

Providing plastering to the external surfaces of brickwork/concrete at all elevations in cement mortar 1:5, 12mm thick including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary, all as per specifications.

Providing Rough cast plastering 20mm thick at all elevation and levels consisting of 8mm thick rough cast in cement mortar 1:3 using 6mm to 10mm size hard granite stone over the bed of 12mm thick cement mortar 1:5 for external faces, including packing scoffloding, curing providing grooves wherever required complete all as per specifications & drawings and as directed by Engineering-In-charge.

Providing F3 Finishing over concrete surface in cement mortar 1:1.5 (1 part of cement : 1.5 part of fine sand ) including wetting the surface, labour, curing, all material, scaffolding, at all elevation complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Manufacturing, supplying, hoisting and fixing in position at all lifts, precast unit of various patterns and sizes for precast plain solid unit, exhaust fan moulds, slabs, etc., in controlled reinforced cement concrete of M30 grade using 20mm and below machine crushed graded stone aggregate with 380Kg of cement per Cu.m concrete including weigh batching, mechanical mixing, casting, vibrating, finishing of exposed faces, curing, necessary formwork, moulds, transporting and placing at all lifts, preparation of connections, grouting with cement mortar/cement grout wherever needed excluding steel reinforcement complete all as per drawing, specification and as directed by Engineer..

Providing and applying painting Two coats at all levels with premium plastic emulsion paint (Asian or Equivalent approved brand, colour and manufactures) to given an even shade including one under coat of cement primer, applying putty, preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying painting Two coats on rough cast plaster surface at all level with Acrylic emulsion paint (APEX or Equivalent approved brand, colour and manufactures) to given an even shade including one under coat of suitable primer, applying putty, preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and painting with Epoxy paint ( two or more coats) using APCODUR-CF-641 finishing coat at all location prepared and applied as per manufacturer specifications including a priming coat if specified by the manufacturer, preparation of surface an etching with 10 % commercial Hydrochloric acid wherever necessary and neutralizing the acid etched areas by washing with 5% solution of soda ash neatly and washing with sufficient water, after first coat Epoxy based trowelling compound if requried, including preparation of the surface by scrapping, applying sand paper, filling the holes, joints cracks if any, etc. complete all as per manufacturers Technical Data and as directed at site to achieve 200 micron Dry film thickness (50 Micron Primer coat and 150 micron finishing coat). (Contractor has to provide Elcometer sampling sheets etc. at his cost for testing film thickness).

Providing and fixing Heavy Quality 'C' Class G.I pipe sleeves 150mm n/b, 600mm long, with Puddle Flange of 250x250mm, 6mm thick for rain water down takes (of 160mm dia) to be embedded in RCC slabs/ RCC roof Gutters to connect Rain water pipes by welding or with screwed sockets all as per the drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. These sleeves to be fabricated and embedded at the time of concreting in true vertical.

Providing and fixing roofing sheet, cladding with 0.47mm thick colour coated concealed system profile corrugated /semi corrugated / plain zincalume sheets of 55 MPa yield stress (AS 1397- Zincalume AZ 150) with coating class AS/NZS 2728 (minimum 150 grams per relevant standard) having a total coating thickness of 35 micron. The sheet should be rolled over specially designed concealed fixing clip manufactured from hi-tensile Aluminium Zinc alloy Zincalumin steel based and galvanized hooks. The clip should be fastened with minimum 40 micron Zinc coated / minimum 25 micron Zinc- Tin alloy coated. Providing and fixing of Hollow metal Steel door with Single leaf with Louvers and all required accessories/hardware set. at all levels from certified Manufacturer. All hollow metal general doors with or without vision panel/louvers shall be of Pressed Galvanised steel Double or Single leaf to required sizes of approved make shakti Hormann or approved equivalent which consists of frame, shutter, infill and finish as detailed below and conforming to IS 277. Note: 1.Door frame shall be Single rebate profile of size 100 x 57 mm made out of 1.20mm thick galvanised steel sheet (18 gauge). Frames should be Mitered and field assembled with self tabs. Frames should be provided with back plate bracket and anchor fasteners for installation on a finished plastered masonry wall opening. Once frame installed should be grouted with cement slurry if recommended on the clear masonary opening. Note: 2. Door leaf should be 46mm thick fully flush double skin door with or without vision panel as per requirement. Door leaf shall be manufactured from 0.8mm (22 guage) minimum thick galvanised steel sheet. The internal construction of the door should be rigid with steel stiffeners / pads and reinforcement. Only ground floor plinth area of the building will be measured for the payment in the following three stages. i) 20% after completeion of the foundations ii) 50% after completion of the ground floor flooring iii) 30% after completion of all treatment works including ground floor doors & windows. Work of be executed by M/s Pest Control (India) or any other approved agency and specified guarantee for 6 (Six) years shall be furnished b the tenderer. payment will be cleared only after submission of Guarantee.
