Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area exceeding 1.50 sqm but not exceeding 4.00 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed

S&F Solid PVC Double door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm wood grain printed PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. tube, in opening as per specification & drawing

M & L Securing glass of any description in existing wooden/metal frames glazed with putty/ beads including removing loose or decayed putty/ beads, painting/oiling one coat on rebates, grooves, reputtying and painting/oiling puttied surface to match existing work (New length of frame reputtied shall be measured)

S & F in repairs wash basins, vitreous china, white, flat back, size 550 mm X 400 mm with and including cast iron brackets (embedded in wall upto 110 mm depth with and including cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate or fixing on wall with and including rawl plug and screws), 32 mm nominal size, copper alloy, nickel chromium plated finish waste fittings, including painting of fittings and brackets, sealing gap between wall and basin with silicone sealant, cutting and making good the walls wherever required and connecting to supply pipes, waste pipes, waste fittings etc. with silicone sealant complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs thermoplastic seats and covers of grade 2 type, flat with hinging device of bronze or brass with nickel chromium plating complete all as specified and as directed.

S & Fin repairs Vitreous China Urinal, Half stall type, white/coloured ( arrangements with grating and union for discharge pipe (excluding flushing cistern, flush pipe and waste pipe)complete including providing and fixing plugs, bedding urinal against wall in cement mortar 1:2, securing urinal to plugs with and including 60 mm long brass screws, pointing around urinal back in cement; fixing automatic flushing cistern with brackets, flush pipe, grating and union for discharge pipe complete all as specified and as directed.
