Part I : Upgradation of RG Nagar Main Road Km 0/0 - 0/766 in Vengaivasal Village Panchayat Est. Amt Rs:54.33 lakh

Construction of Granular Sub base by Providng well graded material (63mm to 26.5mm @ 35%, 26.5mm to 4.75mm below @ 20%) & Spreading in uniform layers with tractor with grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotovtor at OMC and compacting with three wheel 80-100 KN capacity and finished in accordance with the requirements of the specification and thickness as per approved plans or as directed by the Engineer as per (Mix -in - place method)

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 125mm thick with pavers insubbase/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material, labour charges,rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete using Paver Finisher. Km 0/0 -1/670

Applying primer coat over the wmm suface using with Emulsion bitumen binder 7.0 Kg/10 sq.m including cost & conveyance of all materials and all labour charges

Providing & laying 50mm Consolidated thickness of Dense Bituminous Macadam using graded metal using bitumen 60/70 grade including cost and conveyance and all other labour charges etc complete as per clause 504 of MOST specification KM 1/0-1/670

Providing and laying open graded premix carpet of 20mm compacted thick using 0.18 cum of 13.2 mm IRC size HBG machine crushed chips and 0.09cum of 11.20mm IRC HBG machine crushed chips with 13.432 Kg of Bitumen 60/70 with 1.168 kg of plastic waste for 10sqm of premix corpet including laying of seal coat type A over the premix corpet using 0.09cum of 6.7mm IRC size HBG machine crushe chips with 9.8Kg of Bitumen 60/70 per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of chips and stacking them to departmental cage for pre measurement including cost of Bitument which will be supply by department by the departmental section stores and its cost will be recovered as per special condition appended including heating the bitumen and metal mixing the materials in mini hot mix plant for permix corpet including spreading the same and finishing and compacting the same by power rolling to the specified lines and grades including all labour charges application of bitumen for seal coat over the premix carpet and power roller rolling sperately as per MoST specification 509 & 513 (III Revision) including all labour charges, higher and fuel charges etc., Km 0/0-1/670

Providing and laying U S Gravel to 100mm compacted thick including cost & Conveyance of gravel from approved sources to work site including labour for spreading, watering and compacting by power roller to achieve the required proctor density at 100% compaction

Supplying and fixing of HM stone of size 0.75x0.23x0.10 m including cost and conveyance and all other labour charges etc., complete

Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary,mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeding vide clause 1701.2.3 fixed over aluminium sheeting,1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75mm x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 450mm X 450mmX600mm,600mm below ground levels as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 801

Providing core wall and wearing coat -at Ch 0/0-0/0875

Earth work Excavation for Foundation of structures upto 3.00m depth as per drawing and technical specification clause 1104 including seting out construction of suring and bracing removal stumps and other deletarious methods dressing of sides and bottoms and back filling with approved material

Supplying and filling with River sand layers of 15cm thick including watering, raming consolidation ets., for foundation

Cement conrete 1:4:8 mix using 40 MM HBG Metal for foundation including watering wherever necessary and laiding layers of not more than 50cm thick compacting etc. Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officials

Supply and erecting centering shuttering including necessary support for plain surface in foundation and basebent and in all floors for RCC column footing, column plinth beem, beems, roof slabs, stair case steps, bedblocks, critical pier etc., using mild steel sheets of size 90x60cm and 10 gage stiff and melded with MS angles of size 25x3mm car boarding laid over silver oak scantlings of size 10cm by 6.5cm spaced of about 90cm c/cand supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia space at 75 cm C/C completed compyling with standard specification ans as directed by departmental offices etc. completed

Cement conrete 1:2:4 mix using 20 MM HBG Metal for foundation including watering wherever necessary and laiding layers of not more than 50cm thick compacting etc. Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officials

Providing and laying in posision standardised concrete mix M30grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded HBSJ for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 400 kg per cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.45 including admixutre (plastisiser/super plastisiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 91032 accelerate reterd setting of concrete, improve workablity without imparing strength and duroablity with about (5.00cum) 7730kg of 20mm machine crushed.
