M&L for Non - skid coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface incl 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes and dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 450X 300X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the surface incl 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 and dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Renewing glazed/non skid ceramic tiles in patches, area n exc 5 sq.m. including removing and cleaning old tiles, preparing beds and laying or setting, jointing and pointing new or old tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up or down PVC water tubing of any type of 15 mm bore and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, fixing, laying & testing 15 mm dia (Nominal bore) galvanised iron water tubing 'medium grade' with and including all GI fittings such as flanges, unions, reducer sockets, socket reducing bends, elbows, tee, checknuts, caps, plugs etc. fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up or down PVC water tubing of any type of 20 mm bore and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up or down PVC water tubing of any type of 25 mm bore and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, fixing, laying & testing 25 mm dia (Nominal bore) galvanised iron water tubing 'medium grade' with and including all GI fittings such as flanges, unions, reducer sockets, socket reducing bends, elbows, tee, checknuts, caps, plugs etc. fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cutting chases, pinning in. making good to brick wall facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc., and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
