M & L for attending break down of water supply pipe line and repair to CI/DI/GI water mains of size 80 mm to 150 mm dia at a given notice including necessary excavation in mud, in any type of soil by manual or using special T &P etc. De-watering from the trenches by using pump sets, rectification of leakages, fixing of CI/DI specials such as collars bends/tail peaces etc and making joints complete all as specified.

M & L for attending break down of water supply pipe line and repair to CI/DI/GI water mains of size 200 mm to 300 mm dia at a given notice including necessary excavation in mud, in any type of soil by manual or using special T &P etc. De-watering from the trenches by using pump sets, rectification of leakages, fixing of CI/DI specials such as collars bends/tail peaces etc and making joints complete all as specified. (Note for srl item Nos 1 to 2:-(a) CI/DI fittings, lead Joints etc shall be measured and paid separetely. (b)The cost of excavation / earth work and repairs to damaged roads, existing structure etc shall be deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate (c) The quoted rated is deemed to be inclusive of transportation and other expenses required for the resource deployment at the complaint site around scattered Military station under AOR of GE Bharatpur. (d) Work will be carried out in any area under juridiction of GE Bharatpur.

M & L for Ductile Iron bends, tapers, Tee pieces, cross, collers, caps and plugs any type, radius & angle for pipes upto 250 mm bore all as per ISI marked complete all as specified.

Cutting existing water supply line for alterations and addition in length and screwing/threading or lengthening the screw on pipe to form connection and refixing etc complete all as specified the following size:-

(a) 15 mm dia bore

(b) 20 mm dia bore

(c) 25mm/40mm dia bore

(c) 50mm/80mm dia bore

S&F repair/replace MS nuts, bolts , washer & MS flat, machine cut, hexagonal 5cm to 10cm long, dia of neck 16 to 20 mm or existing size and MS clamps of any size as per site requirement and complete all as specified.

Supply and replacement MS clamp /saddle piece made out of MS flat iron suitable to make ferrule and clamping for branch connections complete with GI socket welded it on one FI strip (150 mm x6 mm ) suitable positioned at the centre of pipe including drilling as per site requirement complete with MS nuts, bolts, washers and rubber packing for complete for following sizes of pipe:-

(a) 250 mm dia bore

(b) 150 mm dia bore

(c) 100 mm dia bore

(d) 80 mm dia bore

M&L of run lead joint to CI spigot and socketed pipe of bore for complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil n.exc 1.5 M wide and n.exc 1.5 M in depth for taking out / laying of pipe lines and getting out forming bottom surfaces to required gradients complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified.

Removing excavated surplus materials to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtrs and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above starting point complete all as specified.

Taking up or down G.I. tubing and connection and stacking neatly for reuse and removing the balance material complete all as specified the following site of size:-

Taking out the unserviceable CI/DI pipe lines including all fittings with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead and cleaning the pipes internal/external for reuse the following bore of pipes:-

(c) 250 mm dia bore

Refixing and laying CI/DI pipe with spigot end socketed any class in available length obtained from item No 15 tested complete in trenches and fixed with new fitting like rubber gasket or run lead joint complete all as specified for the following bore of pipe:-

Supply, laying in trenches, under floor, under road, connecting, jointing and testing ductile iron pressure pipe centrifugally cast ISI marked with socket and spigot ends confirming to IS-8329/2000 standard length of K-7 specification with outside zinc coating complete including necessaary rubber gasket joints complete all as specification of the following sizes. Note :- (i) Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid separately. (ii) Rubber gasket joints shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Construction of brick masonry valve pit of internal dimension 90cmx90cmx90cm depth with sub class "B' bricks in cm (1:4) and 10 mm thick plastering in CM(1:4),PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (Using 40mm grade broken stone aggregate) as in foundation lean concrete PCC (1:3:6) type CI (Using 20mm grade broken stone aggregate ) as in bedding and copping MS frame with 40x40x6mm angle iron 3 mm thick MS sheet cover plate with locking arrangement, hinges and two coats of sythetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surface three coats of white wash on plaster surface (exposed to view) including necessary excavation in soft loose soil returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m complete all as specified.
