DISMANTLING

Dismantling G.I. Sheet roofing including ridges, hips, valleys, gutters etc. stacking the serviceable materials and disposal of un-serviceable materials upto all lead & lift as per direction of Engineer In Charge.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter for area 3 sq. metres below & above including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking of serviceable and disposal of unserviceable material upto all leads and lift as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead complete as per the direction of Engineer in Charge and as per HP, PWD specification, including carriage of all labour equipmens and materials to verious location of site through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts, including all incidental charges.

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs for any thickness laid in cement mortar including stacking stacking of serviceable and disposal of unserviceable material upto all leads and lift as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Excavation and Sand Filling

Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, including getting out the excavated soil/ordinary rock and disposal of surplus excavated soils upto all lead and lift as per direction of Engineer In Charge..The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors including watering, ramming and dressing complete and carriage of material all lead and lift as per Engineer in charge

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering 1:4:8 (one cement : four coarse sand : eight graded stone aggregate) 40mm ( forty millimetre) nominal size graded stone aggregate upto plinth level all work including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing of expansion joint, floor Joint of 40 mm gap, system related with floor location as per drawings and direction of Engineer-In-Charge. The joints system will be of extruded aluminum base members, self aligning/self centering arrangement and support plates etc. as per ASTM B221-02. The system shall be such that it provides floor to floor /floor to wall expansion control system for various vertical localtion in load application areas that accommodates multi directional seismic movement without stress to it's components. System shall consist of metal profiles with a universal aluminum base member designed to accommodate various project conditions and finish floor treatments. The cover plate shall be designed of width and thickness required to satisfy projects movement and arrangement that freely rotates / moves in all directions. The Self-centering arrangement shall exhibit circular sphere ends that lock and slide inside the corresponding aluminum extrusion cavity to allow freedom of movement and flexure in all directions including vertical displacement. Provision of Moisture Barrier Membrane in the Joint System to have watertight joint is mandatory requirement all as per the manufactures design and as approved by Engineer-in-Charge. (Material shall confirm to ASTM 6063).

Providing and fixing sheet covering over expansion joints with iron screws as per design, Aluminium fluted strips 3.15 mm thick, 150 mm wide incuding carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer in Charge

Joinery Work

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC colour fixed glazed windows/ventilators comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Single / double glass panes and silicon sealant shall be paid separately).Note: For uPVC frame, sash and mullion extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC sliding glazed window above 1.8m in height comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame with in-built roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads and uPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch locks with hook, zinc alloy body with single nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in- Charge..Using R4 series for three track three panelwith frame (115mm & above) x (45mm & above) & both glazed and fly screen sash (44mm & above) x (55mm & above) with zinc alloy (zamak) powder coated handle on every glazed panel along with multi-point locking system. (Height above 1.8m)For uPVC frame and sash extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable.

Providing and fixing flyproof stainless steel grade 304 wire gauage with .5mm dia wire and 1.4mm wide aperture with for uPVC door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and as per the directions of Engineer in charge ( cost of beading shall be measured in basic item)

Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/window/Clerestory windows & other Frames/Chowkhat of size 65mm X100mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with M.S hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-In- Charge. Providing and fixing 35mm factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid decorative type flush door shutter of required size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant. WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer-In- Charge. Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing aluminium extruded section body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISI IS 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 36 kg to 80 kg and door width from 701 mm to 1000 mm), with double speed adjustment with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles size (300x450x10)mm or more, conforming to IS: 15622 , of approved make (kajaria, NITCO, Somany, Orient, RAK, Johnson), in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer In Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and laying d vitrified floor tiles in size of (600x1200x10-12) mm with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make (kajaria, NITCO, Simpolo, RAK, Johnson), in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments and a touch of epoxy etc., complete.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge 150 mm x 150 mm coble stone block (square natural granite paving stone size 6"x6" thickness :90-110mm ) in verious colour so as to give a specified pattern as given by the architect concerned in grey, black, red , yello, greenish yellow colour whichever is required as per specification in foothpath , parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc. on required strength, thickness and size/shape, compacting and proper embedding /laying of cobble stones, filling the joint with sand and cutting of cobble stones as per required size and patterns, finishing and sweeping extra sand as per the direction of Engineer in Charge and as per HP, PWD specification, including carriage of all labour equipmens and materials to verious location of site through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts, including all incidental charges.

Stainless Steel railing

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.)

Panelling

Providing and fixing a 12mm thick teak wood panelling over 8mm water proof/ termite resistant teak ply conforming to IS 13958-1994 including providing and fixing of frame work made up of 50MMx50mm @600mm c/c with soft/hard wood including cutting brickwork and fixing in cement mortar and making the good wall etc. and also providing wooden moulded corner 50mmx30mm lipping edging and 25X12mm beading of triangular shape to the junction of wallpanelling etc with screws all complete as per the direction of Engineer in Charge

Flase Ceiling

Providing & fixing Grid Ceiling with high density / fire resistant Mineral wool acoustical Ceiling tiles tegular edge of 19mm thick and recess beveled edge(VTedge) with NRC 0.55. The tile shall be of size 600 x 600 x19mm. Complete.Humidity resistance up to 95 %, relative humidity (95 RH) ,Reaction to Fire Class "O" Approved document B Building Material Class ,A2-s1,d0 EN 13501-1 1 hour fire protection as per BS 476 part 20- 23. colour white similar to RAL 9010 Light reflection up to. 88 .Sound attenuation* 38 dB.Coefficient of thermal conductivity should be 0,052-0.057 W/mK.Mineral wool should be derived from a mixture of sand, clay, Basalt rock. This mineral wool product should be completely non-carcinogenic, harmless to health - and fulfils all national and international regulations. A solvent-free dispersion type paint should be used. Tile of 19 mm thickness laid into an exposed grid system of Fine Line Grid (sillohoute) white with white reveal ,consisting of main runner spaced at1200mm centers securely fixed to the structures soffit by approved hangers at maximum 1200mm centers. There should be a minimum of 1 hanger per1.5 Sqm.of ceiling area and last hanger should not be further than 450 mm from the adjacent wall .1200 mm cross tee to be fixed between main runner at 600 mm centers to form 1200mmx600mm module & 600mm cross tees are fitted centrally between 1200mm cross tees to create 600x600 mm module. the product should be certified with Quality Assurance Standard to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. The mineral tiles should have RAL Seal of approval.

Providing and fixing plaster of Paris (gypsumanhydrous) ceiling for all floor level, over hot dipped galvanized steel sections(galvanized @120grams/sq.m), both side inclusive consisiting of main "T" runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length of size 24X38mm made from .3mm thick sheet on desired grid with 10mm gap in betweenand reinforced with rabbit wiremesh fixed to GI frame complete as per architectural drawings and approved pattern including carriageof material with all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per approvedspecifications, drawngs, designand as dircted by the Engineer in Charge.

Waterproofing

Providing and laying waterproofing treatement to vertical and horizontal surfaces of depresses potions of WC kitchen and the like consisiting of:1) 1st course of applying cement slurry @4.4 kg/sq.m mixed with waterproofing compound conforming to IS 2645 in recommended portions including rounding off junction of vertical nad horizontal surface. 2) 2nd course of 20mm cement plaster 1:3 mixed with wterproofing compound in recommnded portions including rounding off off junction of vertical and horizontal surface. 3) 3rd Course of applying blown or residual bitumen appliedhoa at 1.7 kg per q.m. 4) 4th course of 400micron thick pvc sheet.(Overlaps at joints of PVC sheet should be 100mm wide and pasted on each other with bitumen @1.7kg per sq.m

Structural Steel

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in buill up standard/hollow sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. (TATA, Jindal (Hisar) Prakash Steel, Bhushan Industries) including carriage of material upto all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer In Charge.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin-charge.
