M& L for comprehensive maintenance, repair & servicing of central Air conditioning plant Make : Blue Star of capacity 25.4 TR Model :XWC2S-026AR2 and connected ventilation system existing at MH Mathura as per manufacturers instructions by authorised dealer of company for 3 Nos of chilling machine ( each Chilling Machine have 25.4 TR Capacity) of scroll type compressor (each Chiller Machine have 02 Nos Compressor) ,water cooled scroll chiller machine hermatically sealed compressor multi circuit DX chiller,water cooled S&T condenser microprocessors based control panel suitable for R-407C refrigerant ,shell and tube insulated evaporator, Expansion device ,suitable capacity control mechanisem actual cooling capacity on following parameters desired inside condition Temprature 21±2º C,relative humidity 55%±5% complete as per following specification:- (i) Chiller water entering temprature : 12.17 deg C (ii) Chilled water leaving Temprature: 6.67 deg C. (iii) Condenser Water Entering / Leaving Temprature at 32.4/36.2 deg C respectively. (iv) Refrigerant : R- 407 C. (v) Servicing of AC Plant will be carried quartly from the date of commencement of work as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. M&L for complete servicing the Hot water generator of 40 KW, output by unscrewing and draining out water to detect leakages, welding wherever necessary, removing burnt heater by unscrewing nuts and bolts, cleaning, removing silt etc from bottom level of tank, scrapping out rust/algae including putting insulation sleeves to bare conductors and re-assembling all the dismantled components and testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Spare parts if required shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under relevant item of this sch 'A'.

Supply only following spares for Hot Water Generator of Capacity - 40 KW, Vertical Type with 02 No of Steps and 04 No of heaters complete all as specified andas directed. Make of Hot Water Generator - Rapid Cool or equivalent as approved by GE.

M&L for complete overhauling to FRP based Cooling Tower of Capacity 75 TR by dismanteling PVC Honeycomb Fills, Coupling cooling Fan, sprinkellers, draining out of water, removing Algae, slit, cleaning complete cooling tower body by removing scale, dust, dirt, cleaning existing external surface and servicing of mechanical componenets and welding to cross members and frame bracing components incl repair/replacement of Bottom Tray (FRP Plate) of cooling tower, including replacement of gear box bearings, Gear Oil, mechanical coupling replacement of spares if required and overhauling of the complete transmission system of cooling tower and re-assembling all the dismantled componenets to its original position, testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Spare parts if required shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under relevant item of this Sch 'A'.

Supply & Fixing PVC Honeycomb fills for 75 TR cooling tower including dismantling/removing of old PVC fills as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixing in replacement of Cooling Tower sprinkler system alongwith PVC connection pipes 40mm for cooling tower of capacity 75 TR, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete overhauling to AHUs of Capacity 12000CFM complete with various accessories i.e. blower with casing, Chiller water coil, Hot water coil, filter & Filter frame, drive motor, humidification kit, motorised control valves, control panel including descaling of chilled/hot water coils, Greasing, Lubricating of moving parts and Repair/Replacement of bush, thrust plate, gland packing, driver pully, driver shaft and re-assembling all the dismantled componenets to its original position, testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) AHU chilled/hot water coils using chemical with brass brush in-order to remove all type of sledge/dust precipitatated on the coil without any damage to the copper coil then wash the cooling with fresh water and air blower to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. (ii) Iron body of the AHU inside and outside shall be scrap down and rub out with sand paper then apply two coat of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer including part of duct portion in the AHU shall be completed to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. (iii) Servicing of Plant will be carried quarterly from the date of commencement of work as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Detecting the fault of 3 x 25.4TR capacity of AC Plants and any location by providing skilled Refrigerant Mechanic/Skilled Elect & helper with necessary safety and working equipment such as, multimeter ,speedometer and other required tools and plants and rectified the defects on top priority basis/as and when required including testing to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connections by mean of GI strip 32x6mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of GI or steel and connecting to earthing test point, main switch board, testing on completion including GI pipe 20 mm dia light grade for watering and bringing the same upto 30 cm above normal ground level with plug at top including pipe fittings etc complete and GI pipe 40 mm dia light grade for the protection of GI strip upto 1.5 Meter complete including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning, filling in approved soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m all as specified as shown in electrical plate No 3 SSR Part-I. Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 70 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Non-return valves cast iron body, ISI marked, heavy duty both ends flanged suitable for 80 mm bore pipe fixed in repairs/replacement complete all as specified and as directed.
