Decorative cast aluminium core (230 MM dia x 150 mm height) covered on bottom and middle section joint area & Decorative cast iron cone covered on middle and top section joint area. Decorative Base made of cast iron minimum (380 mm square x 1000 mm Height) with service door 432 mm height x 102 mm width. Single arm bracket stem made of MS pipe 60.3 mm dia x 206 mm thick, emerging from a Gravity Die cast Aluminium embellishment upto a height of 1500 mm. The artistically curved arm made of MS pipe 38.1 mm Dia x 2 mm thick, spruced up with MS scroll with gravity die cast aluminium floral and decorative emblishment, is firmly held to the stem by way of cast iron clamps and the arm bears cast iron knobs at the one end and other end to facilitates the fitmant of lumaniries at 1000 MM from the verticle axis of brackets stem. Pole section welded by certified welders using high end MIG welding process. the contol gear tray is pre wired with 2.5 sq mm cable, 6 Amop MCB and 32 A terminal connectors for loop-in/loop-out arrangement. Any other internal cables and connectors shall not be covered in the scope of supply. Mild steel mounting plate 500 MM square x 16 mm thick steel of grade E250 to IS 2062: 2011 with 4 elongated holes 30 x 50 to suit M 24 x 750 MM bolts of grade 4.6 at cc 215. This mounting steel plate along with foundation bolts of suitable size to be used for ensuring firm grouting into the specially designed foundation. All dimensions are within +/-3% tolerence. After fabrication, entire pole is De-rusted/shot blasted. The pole is coated with pure polyester powder coating or epoxy zinc phosphate primer and finished using environmentily stable polyurathane based paint (coating Thickeness 60-80 microns). The pole shall be provided with graphite grey/Anthracite grey/black or in Anique finish as standard colour options.
