Earth work excavation for foundation in Hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales murram, gravel,stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders SS.20B and Sand, silt or other loose soil, wet sand,or silt not under water, light black cotton soil, sandy loam ordinary soil and to full depth as may be directed except in hardrock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering and baling out water and cleaning and levelling the site etc.,complete

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (one cement four fine aggregate sand eight coarse aggregates) using 40mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges and all incidential charges such as water providing etc., complete as per standard specification

Supply and fabrication of RTS rods with various dia including cost of bending, tying conveyance of all materials to work site etc., complete

Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1.5 :3 (one cement, one and half sand & three course aggregate) using 20mm gauge hand broken/ and broken granite stone for all RCC items of works excluding centering shuttering and cost of reinforcement but including curing etc.,complete and also including fixing fan clamps and fixtures in rcc works wherever necessary as directed by departmental officer etc., complete.

Supply and erecting shuttering including necessary supports for plane surfaces such as RCC column, Sun shade, top and bottom slab of RCC box etc., in all floors using mild steel sheets of 90cm X 60cm and 10 gauge stiffened with welded mild steel angle for boarding supported by casurina props at suitable intervals etc., completed complying with standard specification and as directed.

Supply and erecting shuttering including necessary supports for plane surfaces such as RCC column, footing, plinth beam, stair case etc., in all floors using mild steel sheets of 90cm X 60cm and 10 gauge stiffened with welded mild steel angle for boarding supported by casurina props at suitable intervals etc., completed complying with standard specification and as directed. Refilling with excavated soil (other than sand) complying with standard specification for filling in foundation and basement.

Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 mix using Fly Ash bricks of 230x110x70mm (8 3/4" x 41/4" x 23/4") including cost of materials and labour charges etc., as per standard specification - 1m3

Providing and laying well gravel including cost and conveyance of all materials from approved quarries as noted in lead chart to the road side including loading, unloading and stacking the well gravel at road side to departmental gauge for pre-measurement including labour charges for laying spreading leveling to camper etc., complete as per specifications.
