PROVISION OF 5 X HIGH MAST LIGHTS AT GHITORNI LOCATION (RESTRICTED OUTSTATION) UNDER GE (SOUTH WEST) NEW DELHI-03

Amount

Supply, erect, test and commissioning of minimum 16 metre high mast system with its accessories. Mast shall be in two sections, hot dip galvanized and suitable for wind velocity 70 M/ sec as per IS 875 part 3. It shall consist of GI lantern carriage suitable for 8 luminaires symmetrically & their control gear boxes and lighting finial, double drum winch with both motor and manual operation, suspension system with SS wire rope 6mm dia (7/19 construction), trailing cable of flexible copper conductor cable 5 core 2.5sq.mm (minimum), torque limiter adjustable type & 01 No. aviation obstruction light (LED type). The mast shall have an integral power tool with reversible option installed inside the base compartment for its operation complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Bajaj/ C.G/ Philips.

Note: The rate quoted shall be inclusive of the following:- (a) Supply of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plates & templates- complete set (b) Supply of control panel housing suitable control circuit for the operation of the mast made out of 3mm thick CRCA sheet, double door type with slopy canopy suitable for outdoor installation. It shall also consist of suitable control for the power tool motor -01 No with suitable switchgear and wiring from panel to light fittings with suitable copper conductor cable, glands, lugs including suitable foundation - 01 Job (c) Construction of suitable shallow RCC foundation with M-20 grade concrete for the mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 t/m² at 2 metre depth with all material and labour (d) Erection and commissioning of the high mast with the help of suitable equipment. (e) Provision of GI pipe earthing for mast with 2.5m long 40mm dia GI Pipe including connection to mast earth terminal with 32 X 6mm GI flat with all material and labour. Note: The LED flood light fittings required will be measured and paid separately under relevant Schedule items.

Supply only 150W LED flood light fittings comprising of epoxy powder coated housing, enclosed with glass cover in frame,(with total lumen output not less than 18500 lumens and suitable wattage for efficiency not less than 95 lumens/Watt) with ingress protection IP 65/66 and external SPD of capacity 10 KV in addition to inbuilt SPD of electronic driver. Supply & lay or fixing or passing through pipe or in cable ducts, 1100 volts grade, XLPE, armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor of size 35 Sqmm 3.5 Core.

M&L for GI pipe light grade 50 mm dia for cable protection on road crossings/ plinth protection with fixed to the pole wall etc. suitable fittings for cable protection.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m depth and getting out in soft and loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning and filling in of excavated material any type including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm each complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated material of any type not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand cushioning/sand covering for underground cable protection complete all as specified. Note: Punned thickness only will be measured and paid.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Supply and lay cable cover LV type flate size 250 X 150 X 40 mm.

Cutting the tarmac/ hard standings and excavating in trenches across the road for laying cable including making good the excavated portion by means of PCC 1:3:6, type C1 matching with the surroundings all as directed.

Earthing complete with Galvanised Steel earthplate of size 60x60cmx6.3mm thick electrode and 32x6mm GI strip as earth lead, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below ground level, connected to 32x6mm earth strip by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers of GI all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I, connected to earth test terminal point all as specified or as indicated including testing on completion (Rates inclusive of necessary excavation in any type of soil, earth work, PCC pit, CI cover, funnel with watering pipe, suitable size of light grade GI Protection pipe for earth strip in ground etc. all as required at site for complete earthing).

Supply of outdoor, made of 14 SWG CRCA sheet, IP-55, stand mounted feeder pillar with 1 no. 32A TPN MCB incomer, single dial time switch, 22A TP contactor for the automatic switching of luminaries, power tool control with 2 no 9A contactors and raise lower push button, Incoming 35 sq. mm and out going 16 & 2.5 sq. mm terminals.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of Aviation obstruction light BGAV302LED make : Bajaj insta power red painted housing, Red coloured Polycarbonate dome and accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge (01 fitting required per high Mast).
