Work regarding the installation of swings and open gym equipment in various parks in Behror

Air Walker: Providing, designing and fixing of Air-Walker of size 1100 x 550 x 1480mm fabricated with main post of 114mm dia and 2.5mm thick and other pipes of 40mm dia 2.5 mm thick made up of hot rolled tubular steel and hot dipped galvanized and powder coated 80-120 micron thick using. Akzo Nobel or equivalent in desired shade and colour. All welding joints of pipe shall be robotic welded with Joints scalloped as necessary and dressed off removing sharp edges and burrs Zinc primer paint to be applied at all the welding points prior to finishing. All open ends of pipe to be closed with GI/ LLDPE caps, base plate cover shall be made of virgin LLDPE plastic by rotational molding with minimum 3mm thickness, UV resistant and colour as approved by Engineer in charge. High quality grip rubber should be used on handles. Foothold shall be made of nylon alloy with rounded edges to prevent impact and injury. Maintenance free bearings should be used in the equipments manufactured by reputed company duly oil sealed and self lubricated to be approved by Engineer-in-charge. The equipment shall be fitted with in-built limiters. The equipment shall be fixed on ground with concrete of minimum strength M-25 and J shaped welded bolts and when concrete is set, fixing the equipment on to it and cover nuts and bolts with base plate cover, all complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in charge regarding material, shape of equipment, colour (of metal, seat and pedal), and fixing of equipment etc (the cement concrete and excavation work shall be included).

Providing and installation of Dome Climber :- Providing and fixing of Dome Climber its required Area 3.60mtr X 3.60mtr .Total height 1.80 mtr from ground level.The pure polyster powder coating (over baked) done on the pipe extend the life of equipments and Seating capacity 6 childs.

Providing and installation of Triple Wave Slides:- Providing and fixing of Triple Wave Slides with platform canopy its required Area 6.00mtr X 3.00mtr .Total height 2.50 mtr from ground level.The pure polyster powder coating(over baked) done on the pipe extend the life of equipments and child age up to 14 years.
