Material and Labour for repair to potholes (independent) any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal), complete all as specified.

M&L for scarifying or picking up gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces area exc. 400 Sqm and depth n.exc. 50mm deep, complete all as specified & directed.

Material and Labour for preparation of existing black top surface of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the surfaces by mechanical compressor to remove all loose dirt and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bitumen VG 10 grade @ 5 Kg per 10Sqm of road surface, providing and laying premix bituminous, macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) using binder bitumen (Bitumen VG-30) @ 4.5% by total mix, mixed in HOT MIX PLANT and laid by self propelled mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using 8 to 10 tonne power roller/tandem vibrating roller to achieve uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and directed. Note: The specification of bituminous macadam shall be as per Para 20.B.3 of SSR Part-I.

Material and Labour for Preparation of existing black top surface of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the surfaces by mechanical compressor to remove all loose dirt and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bitumen VG 10 grade @ 5 Kg per 10Sqm of road surface, providing and laying bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm thick (consolidated thickness) using binder (Bitumen VG-30 grade) contents @ 5.5 % by weight of total mix, mixed in Hot mix Plant and laid by using self propelled mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber & gradient using 8 to 10 tonne power roller/tandem vibrating roller to achieve uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and directed. Note: The combined grading of aggregate shall be as per Para 20.B.2.5.4(d) & 20.B.4 of SSR Part-I.

Material and Labour for moorum filling in berms laid in layers spread rolled (8-10 tonne roller) and consolidated to required gradient and camber, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of 80cm dia convex mirror model NO SM 1019 mounded on metal sheet body and frame work suitable for road turning and curves side mounted on square tube sand 50x50mm for mirror bottom, each 1.2mtr high above GL with scratch resistant polycarbonate material, unbreakable ABS back, un-affected by radiations, suitable for all weather conditions, 130 degree viewing angle, zinc plated fittings including with mirror with minimum 2 meter long 75mm dia pipe with height and angle adjustment fiitngs for mirror and embedded in ground in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 of suitable size including necessary earthwork, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair cat eye reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions.

Supply and fix in repair solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono crystalline solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-mh rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in repair metal tubular delineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed.
