Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). Including carriage complete.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. Including carriage complete.

15mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand).

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on New work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with water thinnable cement primer

Providing and fixing of 18mm thick ply wood of approved brand for making book shelves, cup boards, kitchen shelves including cutting, positioning with beading, necessary screws, adhesive mixes, handles, hinges, chanels, beading, brass bolts, lock and all necessary accessories all complete job.

Providing & Fixing decorative high pressure laminated sheet of plain / wood grain in gloss / matt/ suede finish with high density protective surface layer and reverse side of adhesive bonding quality conforming to IS : 2046 Type S, including cost of adhesive of approved quality. 1.0 mm thick.

Provodong and fixing of Float glass panes with fillets complete. 4 mm thick glass pane (weight not less than 10kg/sqm).

Providing and laying 12 mm thick prelaminated flooring of approved brand, AC4 including wooden beading, foam, carriage complete.
