FURNITURE FOR DELUX ROOM

Providing & Supplying Attendant Sofa cum bed for patient relative Size 6'-6" X 2'-9" X 1'-6" sofa seat & one side arm & back (As shown in the drawing) shall have 4" thick MM Foam rubber & 'U' foam to give moulded round shape sides. Sofa to be made in T.W. frame & shall have T.W. moulded polished legs (out of 4" X 3") entire sofa to be covered in white cloth & finished with approved colour leatherite fabric. (Sample piece to be made for approval)

Providing & Supplying Caretaker Sofa Same as above Except without back & side Arm.

Providing & Supplying Centre Table Size - 3'-6" X 2'-6" X 1'-6" having S.S. brush finish undercarriage of 1 1/2" X 1 1/2" Top of side Table to be made in 3/4" thick marine ply & to be finished in approve laminate including matching edge binding. Side Table legs shall have good quality 4 nos. shoe.

Providing & Supplying Side Table same as above except 2'-6" X 1'-6" X 1'-6"

Providing & Supplying two Seater sofa size 6'-6" X 2'-6" X 1'-4" as per design. Sofa shall have 4" foam & 'U' foam seat & 3" back sofa to be made in T.W. frame & shall have polished 4 nos. moulded wooden ledge. Sofa shall have both side Arms to be made in woode & ply frame & to be covered with 3" foam rubber & 'U' foam to get proper shape (as per design) Entire sofa to be covered in white cloth & to be finished in leatherette approved fabric. (Sample to be made for approval)

Providing & Supplying Sofa chair same as above except sofa chair size 2'-6" X 2'-6" X 1'-4"

Providing & Supplying Computer Table same as Center Table except size shall be 2'-6" X 1'-6" X 2'-5"

Providing & Supplying Low Ht. Storage Size 3'-0" X 1'-6" X 2'-9" to be made in 3/4" thick marine ply verticals & shutter. All exposed surfaces shall have approved colour laminate & matching edge binding on all side. Storage shall have 4"Ht. 2 Nos. Drawer with sliding channel. Storage to be finished internally with laminate complete with shelves as per requirement. Top of storage shall have moulded approved Granite complete with S.S. Finish undercarriage. All Hardware of Hafele or Hettich make including handle, hinges, lock & channel complete as per design.

Providing & Supplying Storage Size 3'-0" X 1'-6" X 5'-0" Storage to be made in 3/4" thick marine ply having 2Nos. 3/4" thick shutter. Storage shall have 3 Nos. shelf & Hanging rod inside. All external & internal surfaces to be finished in approved laminate including edge binding. All Hardware of Hafele or Hettich make including handle, hinges & lock complete as per design.

Providing & Supplying Luggage Rack same as Centre Table Except Top shall moulded Granite Top Size - 2'-0" X 1'-6" X 1'-6"

Providing & Supplying T.V. Table stand same as Centre Table Except Size will be - 3'-0" X 1'-4" X 2'-6" as per design.

Providing & Supplying Pantry Counter same as low Ht. Storage Except counter shall have moulded Granite Top Size 3'-0" X 1'-9" X 2'-6"

Providing & Supplying Study chair to be made in moulded T.W. ledge & shall have bent wood finish back chair shall have 1 1/2" thick rubber seat on ply base. Seat to be covered in approved leatherite cloth.

Providing & Supplying Attendant Bed Similar Like Caretaker bed in Delux Room.

Providing & Supplying Drawer to be kept below sofa. Drawer frame/sides & bottom to be made in 3/4" thick marine ply & finished out side & internally with approved laminate & matching edge binding, Drawer shall have openable top to be made in 3/4" thick Marin ply & laminate Drawer shall have 4Nos. heavy castor(Size L-3'-6" X H-0'-8" X D-2'-6")

Providing & Supplying Low Storage Size 3'-0" X 1'-6" X 2'-6" Same as Delux Room Item No. 8

Providing & Supplying Tall Storage Size 3'-0" X 1'-6" X 5'-0" Same as Delux Room Item No. 9

Providing & Fixing 3'-0" X 9" X 1" Laminate finish shelf to be fixed on wall with required bracket for set top box.
