I/we hereby submit the Price/Financial Bid for Construction of 26700 MT godown at FSD Peelamedu on FCI's land on Build, Finance & Maintain basis, under the Asset Monetization phase II (Non-PMS) policy of the Government of India. 2. I/We have thoroughly examined and understood instructions to the tenderers. We undertake to abide by the terms and conditions of the MTF and the construction and maintenance Agreement along with its Schedules and Annexures. 3. I/We quote the above all inclusive consolidated Monthly charge / consideration towards construction the Godown in FCI land including materials & labour and maintenance of the civil structure of the said godowns including maintenance of electrical installations for a period of 10 years, along with CCTV Camera(s) as per provisions/specifications of FCI, insurance etc. subject to deduction of the maintenance period proportionate to the extension granted by FCI. 4. I/we understand and agree that the quoted monthly charge shall remain firm without any escalation throughout the period of the Construction and maintenance agreement. | |||||||||
