Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts upto floor five level including curing but excluding cost of centering shuttering, finishing and reinforcement.1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) incl cost of cement carriage.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. Incl carriage complete job

Dry stone pitching (any thickness) excluding cost of stones. On Horizontal

Random Rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) upto plinth level and curing complete with:1 Cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand)incl cost of cement carriage.

Providing & laying damp-proof Course 50 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone agg 12.5 mm nominal size) and curing complete incl cost of cement carriage.

Providing & fixing upto floor five level precast cement concrete hollow blocks, including hoisting and setting in position in cement mortar 1:3 (1cement:3 coarse sand), cost of required centring, shuttering and curing complete.1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded crushed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)incl cost of cement carriage.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia and length (hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners shall be paid for separately):Second class kail wood

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note: -Butt hinges and necessary screws shall be paid separately).Second kail wood 35mm thick

Providing and fixing specified board medium density exterior grade (Grade I) to frame, backing or studding with screws etc. complete (Frames, backing or studding to be paid separately) :Flat pressed 3 layer particle board or graded wood particle board IS:3087

Providing and fixing glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 4mm thick float glass panes including ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws.Second class Kail wood 35mm thick.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: a. Foundations, footings, bases for columns

b.Columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts.

c.Lintel, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers.

d.Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platforms.

15mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix:( 1 cement : 4 fine sand)incl cost of cement carriage.

6 mm cement plaster to ceiling of mix 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand)incl cost of cement carriage.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.40mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate.incl cost of cement carriage.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of specified thickness, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 1 mm thick

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content.With ready mixed pink or grey primer on wood work (hard and soft wood) having VOC content less than 50 grams/ liter

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade, one or more coats on newd work.

Rough cast plaster upto 10 m height above ground level with a mixture of sand and gravel or crushed stone from 6 mm to 10 mm nominal size, dashed over and including the fresh plaster in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) and top layer 10 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) mixed with 10% finely grounded hydrated lime by volume of cement.Ordinary cement finish using ordinary cementincl cost of cement carriage.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on New work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with water thinnable cement primer

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidized M.S. sliding door bolts with nuts and screws etc. complete : 300x16 mm

Providing and fixing bright finished brass tower bolts (barrel type) with necessary screws etc. complete. :a.200x10 mm

Providing and fixing bright finished brass handles with screws etc. complete : 125 mm

Providing and fixing strips in joints of terrazzo/ cement concrete floors.40 mm wide and 6 mm thick

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade on New work (two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10sqm)

Providing and fixing plain, square edged wooden beading 65x12 mm section with screws of approved quality for door and windoe frame 2nd class teak wood.

Providing and fixing ladakhi shingshak over door and windows 2ft height complete job.

French spirit polishing, Two or more coats on new works including a coat of wood filler

Carriage of material by mechanical transport loading unloading complete job. a. Sand/stone agg avg lead 5km.
