Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 and for all lift.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for :

Foundations, footings, bases for columns

Columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts and struts

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-Charge) of total coated thickness 0.50 mm (base metal of minimum 0.45 mm thickness with total coating thickness of 0.05mm) with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories of total coated thickness 0.50 mm (base metal of minimum 0.45 mm thickness with total coating thickness of 0.05 mm) with Zinc coating 120 gram per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content.

With ready mixed pink or grey primer on wood work (hard and soft wood) having VOC content less than 50 grams/ litre

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :

Two or more coats on new work.

Polishing on wood work with ready mixed wax polish of approved brand and manufacture :

Providing wood work converted from Teak under girth logs in Decking, Railing, Runners, Beams etc.including the cost of plaining, cutting in required size and shape, placing in position and fixing all complete with required wire nails, screw and nut & bolts etc. all complete . ( cost of wire nails, screw and nut & bolts etc. paid saparetely)

Teak Sawn Timber

Providing and fixing teak post of required length and size including the cost of cutting in required size and shape, making pointer at the base, providing water proofing treatment by applying liquid coaltar (Alkatra), placing in position and piling upto sufficient depth, making required joints of post for achieve required height and also inluding the cost of required manpower etc. all complete. The nuts & bolts required for joining the post is to be provide separately but includes the cost of fastening.

Providing and fixing thatching leaves in roof including the cost of collection from the jungle, carriage/ transportation to the work site, placing / fixing in position etc. but excluding the cost of frame work etc. all complete.

Provinding and fixing for stainless steel 8/10mm dia chain in swing transportation to the work site, placing , fixing in position etc. all complete.

Providing and fixing Bamboo mat in side walls of the hut upto a height of 90 cms including the cost of making bamboo mat of required size and shape, placing in position and fixing with required beading of Sawn timber/ mota cane and required wire nails etc. all complete.

Stainless Steel Nut bolt with Double washer/ Steel wire nails of required size for joining the post for making sufficient length, fixing timber frame work etc. all complete.
