Material & Labour for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size conferming to IS-15658-2006 of 60mm thickness , M-35 Grade with gray cement and pigment over 40 mm thick sand filling , complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for 75mm thick base of cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

(b) Scope of work (i) Stacking the sludge cakes properly (ii) Cleaning the blockages in any pump/ pipe line (iii) Supplying/ distrbuting the treated water regularly as per the directions (vi) complete cleaning of grits and channels daily (v) Brooms and cleaning materials will be issued by the contractor free of cost (vi) During the cleaning safety equipments will be issued by the contractor (vii) Removing the alege in the tube selletr and keeping the surrounding area clean daily and removing vegetation (c) Maintaining the following records: i) Record of chemical consumption (ii) Record of treated water and electricity (log sheet) (iii) The Plant shall be run by the skilled operator minimum qualification ITI/ matric with minimum three year experience. Non submission of police verification with ID proof of operator(s), a panel recovery of Rs. 1000/- per person per month shall be made. (a) Working hours of a particular team of workers shall not exceed 08 hrs per day and no workmen shall be allowed to work beyond 08 hrs per day.

(b) In case the contractor fails to deploy requisite numbers of workmen, the operator / workmen against defficiency shall be deployed at risk and cost of the contractor through SPOT QUOTATION and no payment shall be made to the contractor for the shift involved. (c) In addition to above a recovery of Rs. 500 per shift per workman shall be made from contractor's dues as and when becomes due. (d) Duty roster of manpower deployed shall be displayed otherwise recovery of Rs 500/- per installation per day shall be made. (iv) For payment of minimum wages to the workers provisions of particulars specification shall be strictly adhered to (v) log sheet for records shall be supplied by the contractor after approvel of format by GE (vi) Chemicals will be measured and paid for seperately under respective item.

Carrying samples for testing of treated water of STP and submission of detailed quarterly test report to the office of the Engr-in-charge and testing in Govt approved laboratory . (a) Carrying out minimum essential testing of water as per IS 10500-1991 mandatory for colour, odour, PH Value, TSS, BOD, COD, residual chlorine total nitogen, sulphate, oil and grease ammonical Nitrogen (NH3-N) and Bacteriological total collifrom organisms per 100 Ml (MPN) and E colilie in 100 ml Note 1 :- DESIGN PARAMETERS ;- PH INLET - (6.0- 9.0) , OUTLET LET- (6- 8.5) ; BOD 20 INLET -(275mg/ltr ) , OUTLET LET-(< 10mg/ltr) ; COD INLET -(600mg/ltr) , OUTLET LET-(<150mg/ltr); TSS INLET -(450mg/ltr) , OUTLET LET-(<10mg/ltr) ,COLIFORM INLET -(10^7) , OUTLET LET-(NIL) ; OIL AND GREASE INLET -(100mg/ltr) , OUTLET LET-(<5mg/ltr) ; PEAK FACTOR =03. Rest of the charateristics of the treated water shall be as per IS : 10500-1991 Note - rate quoted shall deemed to be included for :- (i) Cost of sterilised bottle as required. Testing of sewage water as per relevant IS of STP and submission of detailed quarterly test report to the office of Engr-in-Charge and testing in Govt approved laboratory . (a) Carrying out minimum essential testing of sewage of water as per relevant IS mandatory for colour, odour, PH Value TSS, BOD, COD, total nitrogen , sulphate, oil and grease, ammonical Nitrogen(NH3-N) and Bacteriological total colliform organism and other characterstics as per relevant IS of sewage water :- Note - rate quoted shall deemed to be included for :- (i) Cost of sterilised bottle as required (ii) To and fro transportation charges for collection of sample

Supply & mixing of sodium hypo choloride having 10 % content complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & mixing of poly aluminium choloride 100 % purity complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & mixing of poly electrolitte 100 % purity complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & mixing of dewatering poly electrolite 100% purity complete all as specified and as directed.

Note for Srl No. 46, 47, 48 & 49 above:- (a) The contractor shall furnish the original Test Certificate of conformity of the chemicals from the manufacturer indicating MES order / CA No. and other relevant details at the time of acceptance of product by GE. (b) The chemicals shall be tested out for their genuinity within 07 Days of receipt of consignment at site at NABL approved lab and report to be submitted to the Engineer-in-charge. (c) Cost of testing and transportation shall be deemed to be included in unit rate of supply. The chemicals shall be used only after their confirmation to the standards.

a) Periodical Cleaning of Sewage well half yearly and Removing of settle down Sewage sludge cum mud/De-Silting etc. all as required at site and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for Sewage well. (b) Tractor mounted septic storage tank of appropriate capacity not less than 1 KL with driver directly collected from the soak well and disposing the same to the location where approved by the Delhi Canttonment Board/PCB (c) Sewage Sludge disposable tractor/truck with driver (duly covered with necessary tarpaline ) and disposing the same to the location where approved by the Delhi Canttonment Board/PCB (d) Labour element and T&P required for removal of settled down sewage sludge/mud inside the sewage tank for scooping out from inside and below the septic/staining sewage water inside the well and lifting the same and deposited on top and near by the sewage tank where directed and further to removal the same where approved by the Delhi Canttonment Board/PCB (e) Appropriate qty of Phenyle required at site for Sterilization of sewage sludge being collected in the Sewage tank and all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (f) Necessary Oxygen Mask, Gloves, Gum Boot and all other safety aspects and including necessary Phawda, Steel Bucket, Manila rope etc. required at site and complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for cleaning of treated water tank of storage capacity of water 25.00 CUM half yearly, throughly by removing mud grits etc from the tank by following method (a) Cleaning inner surface of tank complete by scraping with steel wire brush and and removing mud and sludge collected inside the tank manually at a distance not exceeding 50 mtr all as directed by engr-in charge (b) Washing with clean water and bleaching powder mixture throughly complete tank internally and removel of left out sludge if any at site at a distance not exceeding 50mtr all as directed by engr-in-charge.

Material & Labour for cleaning of chlorine contact tank of storage capacity of water 36.45 CUM, half yearly throughly by removing mud grits etc from the tank by following method (a) Cleaning inner surface of tank complete by scraping with steel wire brush and and removing mud and sludge collected inside the tank manually at a distance not exceeding 50 mtr complete all as specified and as directed. (b) Washing with clean water and bleaching powder mixture throughly complete tank internally and removel of left out sludge if any at site at a distance not exceeding 50mtr complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for cleaning of slurry tank of storage capacity of water 12.00 CUM half yearly, throughly by removing mud grits etc from the tank by following method (a) Cleaning inner surface of tank complete by scraping with steel wire brush and and removing mud and sludge collected inside the tank manually at a distance not exceeding 50 mtr complete all as specified and as directed. (b) Washing with clean water and bleaching powder mixture throughly complete tank internally and removel of left out sludge if any at site at a distance not exceeding 50mtr complete all as specified and as directed.

(b) Washing with clean water and bleaching powder mixture throughly complete tank internally and removel of left out sludge if any at site at a distance not exceeding 50mtr complete all as specified and as directed.

Notes: (a) Pump Set of appropriate capacity not less than 5/7.5 HP with operator including De- Watering of Sewage septic water including PVC heavy duty flexible hose pipe for suction and delivery purposes (b) Tractor mounted septic storage tank of appropriate capacity not less than 1 KL with driver directly collected from the soak well and disposing the same to the location where approved by the Delhi Canttonment Board/PCB (c) Sewage Sludge disposable tractor/truck with driver and POL required for the same (duly covered with necessary tarpaline ) and disposing the same to the location where approved by the Delhi Canttonment Board/PCB (d) Labour element and T&P required for removal of settled down sewage sludge/mud inside the sewage tank for scooping out from inside and below the septic/staining sewage water inside the well and lifting the same and deposited on top and near by the sewage tank where directed and further to removal the same where approved by the Delhi Canttonment Board/PCB (e ) Appropriate qty of Phenyle required at site for Sterilization of sewage sludge being collected in the Sewage tank and all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (f) Necessary Oxygen Mask, Gloves, Gum Boot and all other safety aspects and including necessary Phawda, Steel Bucket, Manila rope etc. required at site and complete all as specified and as directed.
