Supply, Installation and Fixing LT Bus Bar Feeder Pillar 160A shall be OEM made out of GRP, Glass-fiber reinforced polyester SMC as per EN 14598-1-UP FR2 material with Protection class IP 54 in accordance with IEC 60529 and Color code RAL 7032 completely dyed in mass and box shall be made out of insulating, slow-burning and self-extinguishing composite (polyester + glass fiber) characterized with resistance to atmospheric agents (UV). Protection class II (EN 61140) when correctly installed on the base and Panel internal size should be not less than 590mm x 800mm x 220 mm. GRP material shall be Anti-corrosive suitable for saline atmosphere and have ambient temperatures of -50°C up to +120°C, Flammability HB 40 a, b (EN 60695-11-10),V-1. Glow wire tested at 960°C/ 3 mm as per EN 60695-2-12. The dimensional stability under heat is more than 200 °C as per ISO 75 – 2 method A . The enclosure is Halogen-free, resistant to termites. GRP cabinet should withstand minimum Di-Electric strength of 130KV/Cm as per IEC 60243-1. he Panel box shall have shall be equipped with GRP handle lock with Manual outer locking and the provision to insert various type of locking cylinders provided to avoid unauthorized access. RoHS Directive (EU) 2015/863 (extension to directive 2011/65/EU),REACH Regulation (EC) no. 1907/2006. The Feeder Pillar with MCCB 160A FP 25KA - 1 No. Panel mounted on suitable MS Angle Stand and Aluminium Bus-bar with Heat Shrinkable Sleeves of capacity 200 Amp, wiring of Panel with suitable size of Copper Conductor Cable, Thimbles, etc. having size of the Panel suitable for fixing the Items/Materials mentioned at here-in-below, complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for preparing old painted surface of panel board by cleaning removing of old paint by scratching with wire brush / sand paper etc and including denting of broken / rusted surface and applied two coat of synthetic surface enamel paint by spray painting outside surface of panel as existing colour of panel all as specified and directed.

Exacavation for cables loops near the poles LT Panels/transformers, cutting the damages/burnt parts of cable and reconnecting its positions complete with thimbles, nut bolts, sleeves all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out carefully manually by excavation of existing LT/HT cable with loops and relaying with DWC pipe/brick the same after repair of cutting the damages / burnt parts of cable and reconnecting its into original positions complete with cable joints all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note:-(i) HT/LT Cable Joint & DWC Pipe/Brick will be measured and paid sepearetly.
