Supply & Installation of new wooden badminton court with maple wood flooring as per detailed specifications as mentioned below complete as per EIC :- THE SURFACE INSTALLATION:- Made of kiln seasoned treated teak wood work finished with 21mm thick 57 to 83mm width & in random length in tongue & groove shape,. The edges of the boards will have a finger lock groove & the bottom side with air pass groove & treated with special anti termite & water resistance lacquer. UNDER THE FRAME:- Made of pine wood runners of 70x45mm treated with antitermite solutions & fixed on the bottom side with 10mm thick air csion pads by staple through the two wings at 350mm c/c. INSTALLATION :-The IPS sub floor to be treated with acrostic & vapor barrier of 6mm thick to be placedon ethe levelled IPS sub floor having air cush pads to be placed on vapor barrier in perfect level at 350mm c/c in one direction. The surface board will be screwed gongue by the groove of the adjoining boards, the ends of the boards will be locked by inserting the wooden fingers through the edge grooves & fixed with suitable adhesive. An expansion gap of 8 to 10mm will be left open between the wooden florring and the surrounding tiled area or walls. THE FINISHING:- After installation floor will be machine sanded in uniform level & finished with PU polishing waster based polyurenthane lacquer game line marking toe be carried out in required colour before applying the finish coat. WARANTEE :- 5 (five) years of warrantee for the material & installation/ application of the work to be executed.
Providing & fixing badminton net & poles, game line, marking of approved quality etc. all complete as per instruction of EIC.
Transportation charges of all the materials to the site i.e. Manoranjan Kendra of Gouri Township including loading, unloading, stacking etc. all complete as per instruction of EIC
