Dismentaling and Removing of existing Old Cooling Tower including foundation as required and Handing over the dismantled items to AAI store.

Supply , installation , testing & commisioning of Induced draft FRP cooling Tower of minimum 420 TR heat rejection capacity along with HDPE make up water Tank of minimum 5000 ltrs capacity ( water tank to be installed on existing foundation ) with FRP water basin to be installed on newly constrcuted /fabricated Foundation structure for Cooling tower as per cooling tower Size with Multi/Single Fan of required capacity ,PVC fillings with integral Louvers and drift Eliminators complete with hot water basin either fitted with Spray Nozzles or having self rotating sprinkerls ,statically & dynamically balanced axial flow type fan direct driven or driven through reduction gear box with TEFC induction motor with suction screen , makeup - quick fill arrengement , over flow & drain connection with fixing of necessary valves , & suitable inspection ladder , access arrangement for cooling tower interior, aniti vibration mounting complete as per specification & as required etc with following Technical Data. (a) Water Flow/Tower - 1450 USGPM (b) Entering water Temp - 97.5 degree F (c) Outlet Water Temperater - 90 degree F (d) Heat Rejection Capacity -420TR (e) Ambient wet Bulb Temp -83 degree F . ( Note - Making of new cement concrete foundation and steel /Masonary supporting structure as per manufacturer design of cooling tower are included in the item and in the scope of contractor.)

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of "C " Class Heavy MS Pipe of following sizes complete with nuts and Bolts , elbow , flange , painting etc complete as required for connection of Pipe line to cooling tower as per actual site requrement. ( fixing includes underground as well on Surface with supporting column as per site requirement & technical specifications).

SITC of ON/OFF Control Starter of Cooling Tower Fan complete with Connection as required.

Supplying and installing following size of perforated painted with powder coating M.S. cable trays with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, fixed with suitable M.S support including bolts & nut etc as required. a) 100 mm width X 50 mm depth X 1.6 mm thickness
